And the Australian actress was a picture of stripped-back glamour once she shed her metallic frock to party into the night. 

The 35-year-old opted for a casual but high-fashion look in a pair of Chanel jeans in a pale blue denim, worn with a fitted white top. 

She paired the trousers with a multi-coloured jacket from the 2026 ready-to-wear collection. 

The cropped number had a bohemian edge with woollen, knotted details and glittering sequins throughout. 

Margot let her hair down, converting the slicked-back updo she had worn on the red carpet into loose waves that fell over her shoulders. 

She completed the look with a red envelope clutch and a pair of strappy, gold heels, as well as a smattering of rings. 

For makeup, the Barbie actress went for a flawless foundation with rosy blush and a pink lipstick. 

Margot had earlier arrived at the Met Gala in a custom Chanel gown in a muted gold colour. 

The strapless dress sat close to her figure and featured a ruched bodice and a flared, flowing skirt. 

The long train on the frock had frayed edges for some flair, and trailed beautifully behind the Australian star as she mounted the stairs.
