According to TMZ, on Friday the We Were Liars actress told a court that she and her ex are legally prepared to finalize the split.
Streep's daughter, whom she shares with ex-husband Don Gummer, listed the date of separation as May 6, 2023.
The exes share two children: seven-year-old son Peter and four-year-old daughter Mary. In her original filing, the silver screen star requested joint legal and physical custody of the kids.
Documents pertaining to the agreed upon terms of custody and spousal support have been kept private, TMZ reported.

Gummer and Sethi got engaged in August 2018, and announced they were expecting later that same year.
They tied the knot in February 2019, and welcomed their son Peter the same month. Their daughter Mary was born in 2021.
