made a shocking reveal while discussing the upcoming Baywatch reboot on Fox.

The 59-year-old actress famously played lifeguard C.J. Parker on the original series. She joined the cast in 1992 and stayed for five seasons.

Despite being among the show's most iconic stars, Anderson told Deadline that no one involved with the 2027 reboot has reached out to her about making a cameo.

This comes months after for the new series in Venice, California.

'No one's reached out to me,' Anderson claimed on Friday. 'I don't know much about it.'

However, Anderson does not seem to mind being excluded as she admitted she has 'no plans of going back to Baywatch.'

She then claimed that her sons Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, whom she shares with ex-husband Tommy Lee, were approached by those working on the reboot.

When she was asked if she wanted to know where her character ended up after this time, she candidly replied: 'If my kids were involved, I probably would have listened to them.'

'I think I've just got to keep on seeing what else is out there. I get that there's a lot of really great TV out there right now, but I've already done that,' she said.

'Now is my time to really play with different characters,' Anderson continued.

'I don't want to just fill my time until the end of the year. I have options, and some things I'm thinking about, including some theater again,' she added.

'I want to make really bold choices. I want to surprise people. I want to surprise myself. And so I'm trying to do things I haven't done in the past.'
