Married At First Sight stars Jacqui Burfoot and Clint Rice appeared to try and leverage from 's star-studded Madison Square Garden wedding to  over the weekend.

As Swift's lavish fairytale nuptials dominated headlines across the globe, the couple spent the weekend flooding social media with photos of their own big day as the wedding hashtag trended, despite marrying months earlier.

The pair officially married in in April after falling in love . 

Asked how marrying Jacqui compared with his MAFS ceremony to Lauren, Clint joked: 'It was so nice to be able to look down the aisle and see Jacqui… and know her intentions are good!'

He added: 'It was an amazing day, it felt like the MAFS wedding was a bit of a run-through.' 

Jacqui and Clint weren't the only former MAFS stars hoping wedding content would capture attention during Swift's biggest weekend.

Season nine villain  shared glamorous photos from her lavish UK wedding celebration to British personal trainer .

Olivia leaned into the Swift comparisons herself by quoting one of the pop superstar's most iconic lyrics.

Captioning the romantic gallery with the opening line from Blank Space, she wrote: 'So it's going to be forever.'

The lyrics were also featured on the lace napkins Travis and Taylor gifted as wedding favours to their 1,000 guests, including some of Hollywood's biggest names.

While Taylor celebrated alongside everyone from Sir Paul McCartney and Julia Roberts to Beyoncé and Ed Sheeran, Olivia's wedding was a far more intimate affair in the English countryside.

The former reality star looked stunning in a long-sleeved lace gown featuring intricate floral detailing as she posed with her new husband among manicured gardens in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Greg complemented his bride in a classic black tuxedo and bow tie as the newlyweds shared a series of romantic portraits from their special day. 

The UK celebration followed the couple's secret legal wedding earlier this year during a trip to Australia. 

The newlyweds spent the weekend releasing a steady stream of images and interviews from their big day 

The pair officially married in New Zealand in April after falling in love following the Channel Nine experiment, where Jacqui had originally been matched with Ryan Donnelly and Clint had been paired with Lauren Hall 

'Before our engagement party we decided to smash out the legal stuff and get married super low key in my mum's living room,' Olivia previously told fans.

'Aussie celebrations may be done so now bring on the big English celebrations in July.'

Since tying the knot, the former teacher has changed her Instagram name to Olivia Rutherford.

Olivia first confirmed her romance with Greg in October last year, just weeks after meeting him.

The relationship moved quickly, with the former MAFS bride describing the personal trainer as the 'love of my life' and later revealing they first connected through the dating app Hinge.

The wedding marks a dramatic new chapter for Olivia after previously saying her appearance on Married At First Sight had '.

'I lost my whole career because of what they did to me on that show,' she previously claimed on the Eyes Wide Open podcast. 

Meanwhile, Season 10 groom Harrison Boon also chose the very same weekend to reveal he had secretly . 

Jacqui and Clint weren't the only former MAFS stars hoping wedding content would capture attention during Swift's biggest weekend. Season nine villain Olivia Frazer shared glamorous photos from her lavish UK wedding celebration to British personal trainer Greg Rutherford  

While Taylor and Travis Kelce celebrated with around 1,000 A-list guests inside Madison Square Garden, Harrison went in the complete opposite direction, .

Speaking to Daily Mail, Harrison said keeping the ceremony intimate was a deliberate decision.

‘We both loved the idea of making the day about us, without having to cater to anyone else. It made it so much more special,’ he said.

The former reality star looked dapper in a tailored forest green suit, while Gina wore an elegant ivory satin halter-neck gown with an open back and carried a bouquet of white roses.

The couple’s low-key ceremony came just two months after announcing they are expecting their first child together.

Their wedding announcement was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages from fellow MAFS stars including Duncan James, Jack Dunkley, Al Perkins, Jesse Burford, Daniel Holmes, Ridge Barredo and Steve Burley.

Harrison first found fame on Married At First Sight in 2023 after being paired with Bronte Schofield, before the relationship imploded at Final Vows.

He proposed to Gina during a romantic helicopter trip over Uluru in October 2024, with the couple announcing their engagement shortly afterwards.

Season 10 groom Harrison Boon also chose the very same weekend to reveal he had secretly married his long-time partner Gina in an intimate ceremony overlooking Sydney Harbour 

The controversial reality star exchanged vows with his fiancée on Saturday in front of just two witnesses, opting for an intimate celebration rather than a lavish wedding like Taylor
