Married At First Sight expert Alessandra Rampolla has revealed that some of the most explosive moments from Wednesday's dinner party never made it to air.
Speaking to Daily Mail, the 51-year-old insisted the edit was 'often very kind' to those involved.
Her comments come after viewers were left outraged by Brook Crompton's behaviour, with many branding her conduct 'disgusting'.
'I think what we're seeing is absolutely accurate,' Alessandra revealed.
'Of course there's always so much that is missed.'
But it was her next admission that will shock fans.

'I think everything has been absolutely fair and oftentimes very kind to everybody involved,' she said.
'I would not say it's been worse than what we actually all lived.'

Insiders say this was the point the dinner party became unmanageable.
While much of the screaming came from the brides, tensions between grooms David and Chris also intensified.
According to multiple sources, the pair stood up and moved towards one another during a heated exchange, prompting producers to physically intervene.
'It was a near punch-on,' one insider said. 'They were absolutely ready to go.'
In the days that followed, EndemolShine reportedly implemented unprecedented measures, including weekly drug testing, tightened curfews and stricter behaviour policies. The Mail does not suggest any of the cast took illicit drugs.
An internal email allegedly expressed 'utter disappointment' in participants and warned there would be no flexibility moving forward.
'This was a crisis-management nightmare,' a production source said.

On screen, audiences were already horrified by Brook's conduct.

Brook was also criticised for yelling at Alissa and asking whether her parents would be proud of her behaviour, calling her a 'ratchet b***h', and for threatening to drop a 'bombshell' that would ruin Danny's marriage.
Earlier in the week, she had dramatically exited the experiment, leaving Chris devastated, before returning unannounced to the dinner party.
'I didn't know she was coming back,' Chris later said.
'She kept that from me.'
Despite the backlash, Alessandra maintains the version viewers are watching is not exaggerated for drama.
