The 30-year-old enjoyed getting a workout in daily to alleviate the pressure of filming the Channel Nine juggernaut.
Luke's sighting comes after he weighed in on the bombshell news that his co-star Brook Crompton is expecting a baby with her ex.
The 27-year-old model this week announced that she's heavily pregnant, and Luke, who is paired with wife Melissa Akbay on the show, says there were signs that Brook was already expecting while filming the show.

While Luke said he had 'no idea' that Brook was pregnant, looking back, he sees some clues she could have been pregnant on set.

'I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt and say no, but I don't know,' Luke told 2Day Breakfast with Nathan Roye & Emma Chow.
'It wasn't that long between the end of filming and now. (We wrapped MAFS) in October, maybe,' he added, while noting the large size of Brook's baby bump.

Luke added that Brook frequently slipped away from the set, complaining of feeling unwell.
'She did need some air, yeah maybe it might have been morning sickness,' he theorised, but added that he was 'having a joke'.
It comes after Chris Nield spoke out after it was confirmed his TV bride Brook is back with her ex-boyfriend – just days after Daily Mail broke the bombshell story.
The 31-year-old Australian footballer and construction supervisor, who was paired with Brook during filming, sat down for an unfiltered chat as he attempted to make sense of the twist that has left viewers stunned and cast members vindicated.
And while Chris insists he has 'no ill wishes' towards Brook, he admits the signs were there from the very beginning.

The relationship scandal erupted last week when Daily Mail revealed Brook had quietly reconnected with her ex, Harry.

Footage obtained by Daily Mail showed the pair kissing and cuddling while decorating a Christmas tree in October, just weeks after her on-screen marriage to Chris imploded off-camera.

It was the moment that confirmed what many on set had allegedly been whispering all along – and now Chris is making it clear he believes Brook was never fully available.
'I just don't think she was in the right place for a new relationship to form,' Chris said back in November.
'Obviously finding out during the show that she'd slept with her ex two days before we actually got married… looking at it now, I'm just feeling like if she was doing that, she wasn't ready.'
