Lucy Watsons Son Hospitalized for Mysterious Rash

Pregnant Lucy Watson has revealed her two-year-old son Willoughby has been hospitalised twice with an 'unexplained rash that won't go away'.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the star, 35, who announced her second pregnancy on Instagram in April, shared a sweet snap of Willoughby being cradled by her husband James Dunmore. 

She explained that their first hospital trip came when they were on holiday in during which he had sickness and fevers, which he has now overcome yet still has the unexplained rash though they have 'ruled out anything sinister'.  

In an accompanying caption, she wrote: 'We’ve had a few scary a&e visits in the last few weeks. the first time we were in Greece which wasn't ideal. a mix of sickness & fevers, but ultimately a rash that hasn’t wanted to go away!...

'Still remains unexplained, but hopefully we have ruled out anything sinister. we’re so grateful we did a course with @newbornandbeyond so we know what to look out for. sending love to anyone with a sick child'. 

Lucy thanked first aid workshop Newborn & Beyond for helping her understand medical emergencies in kids and also sent love to 'anyone with a sick child'.

Earlier this month, Lucy revealed the gender of her second child on Instagram as she shared a series of sweet photos during a family holiday.

She revealed she is set to welcome a baby girl as she showed off her growing baby bump in a pink co-ord.

Lucy cradled her baby bump as she posed with Willoughby and penned: 'We can’t wait to meet you', along with a series of pink emojis.

Confirming she is having a baby girl, Lucy's sister Tiffany added in the comments: 'Baby girl we can’t wait to meet you!'

It comes after Lucy last month showed off her bare baby bump as she modelled her new maternity underwear in an Instagram video.

The TV star showcased her bare bump in a plunging black £46 maternity bra and matching underwear from her own brand RENUE The Label.

The TV personality showed how the bra is 'perfect for nursing' and is also reversible which gives amazing 'support'.

Getting dressed in her lavish dressing room, Lucy pulled on a pair of wide legged black trousers and added an oversized white linen shirt and Celine sunglasses.

She wrote: 'Bump styling ft my favourite maternity bra! It’s reversible, first side is perfect for nursing and the second side is dream comfort / support. Made from the softest CloudAir fabric'.
