In Wednesday's birthday post, Lohan called Shammas her 'favorite person' while thanking him for the 'life we've built together.'
'You're an incredible husband, the most loving father, and the kind of friend everyone hopes to have in their life,' the star wrote.

Lohan moved to Dubai in 2014 after spending all of her life living in major United States cities like New York and Los Angeles.
And while she mostly feels 'safe' in Dubai, Lohan and her family suffered a scare in March when Iran launched retaliatory strikes on the country.

A source confirmed to TMZ at the time that Lohan, Shammas and Luai were OK in wake of the attacks.
Lohan also took to Instagram Stories at the time to refer to the events in question. She wrote, 'Praying for peace. Stay safe everyone. God bless us all.'
Lohan and Shammas first crossed paths in 2020 - six years after she made her move to the United Arab Emirates.
They got engaged in November 2021 and the couple exchanged vows in the summer of 2022.

Lohan welcomed their firstborn son in July 2023, with a rep telling E! News at the time that the couple 'is over the moon in love.'

Last year, Lohan was asked if she and Shammas had any plans to expand their family.
She admitted to Elle that sometimes she thinks Luai 'needs a kid to play with.'
She also stressed the importance of growing up with siblings, being that she has six of her own.
'There's nothing like that. Also, I don't know if it's selfish - but I'm like, "I need more than one kid to take care of me when I'm older."'
