has revealed she has lost her voice - just days before she is due to kick off her West End Girl tour - her first in seven years.
The Not Fair hitmaker, 40, took to social media on Wednesday to share a new video with fans as she attempts to complete her rehearsals for the tour, which is named after her latest album.
In the clip, Lily could be seen surrounded by members of her crew as she sings: 'Five days until the tour and I have lost the lower voice and the [vocal] register of my voice which is really cool.'
Lily's voice appeared croaky and breaking at points as she snuffled towards the end of the clip.
Her first show kicks off in off in on March 2, before moving to Liverpool, Newcastle, Bristol and Cardiff.
It will culminate at the London Pallidum, with Lily performing at the renowned venue for two nights.

Lily sold out a string of the theatre shows in just minutes - - with the shows marking Lily’s biggest headline tour of her career.
The tour, which comes in conjunction with 20 years since the release of her debut album Alright, Still, will see the star play the entirety of West End Girl.
Arena locations include London, Manchester, Glasgow and Nottingham, while Lily is also set for high profile performance at Mighty Hoopla in London in May.
In October, Lily had shocked fans with the release of West End Girl, which shed a disarmingly honest light on her marital woes - from the discovery of her then husband David Harbour's 'P***y Palace' to his illicit relationship with 'Madeline'.
The heartbreaking album opens with Lily revealing David had requested the couple embark on an open marriage - however with stipulations in place.

She went on to expose David's extra-curricular and rule-flouting activities and also shares a number of sordid details of his affair and their union, including the discovery of an abundance of sex toys and condoms at his 'P***y Palace'.
Meanwhile, Lily recently confirmed her romance with Jonah Freud - who is the son of entrepreneur Matthew Freud and ex-wife Caroline Hutton and the nephew of celebrated late artist Lucian Freud.
She had been linked to Jonah since last year.
In a new interview, the star revealed she now has a 'boyfriend' weeks after she and Jonah jetted to Rome for a romantic minibreak.
The pair have been spotted on multiple dates and seemed to take things to the next level by jetting to Italy together - reportedly staying in a suite at the Hotel Locarno, thought to cost around £800 per night.

The Smile hitmaker shared her relationship status in an interview with Grazia magazine, where she was asked who the last person was who has texted her.
Lily replied: 'My boyfriend.'

Spotting the pair in Rome, a source told The Sun: 'We walked past her and it was my daughter-in-law who recognised her and went, "Oh my God, it's Lily Allen."
'We did a double take, and it was definitely her, she was with Jonah Freud. They were just having a coffee and a cigarette together.'
