Hatzi was photographed last month wearing a barely-there lemon-coloured dress while cosying up with Contos in a Sussudio booth, and leaning into his neck with an arm wrapped around him.

The one-time WAG and digital creator, whose former romance with Kyrgios brought her more than 170,000 followers on , posted images of herself with friends apparently taken the same night with the caption 'birthday weeeeeek'.

Hatzi's manager said the emergence of the Contos pictures was 'nothing more than a pursuit of publicity by a party with an agenda that is entirely unknown to Costeen and one she has no interest in being associated with'.

'Costeen has met this individual once, briefly, in a nightclub setting some months ago,' Jacenko said. 'There is no relationship, no history and no context beyond that.

'Whatever the motivation of those who documented and circulated these images, it is not something Costeen is privy to nor wishes to be drawn into.'

Contos, who has previously been described as a Comanchero associate, told the Daily Mail that Hatzi 'was seeing a guy who paid for her new boob job' and that man was upset by the photographs.

But Jacenko countered that Hatzi was not in a relationship 'at the time of the imagery being taken'. The Daily Mail reported last week that Hatzi .

Before splitting with Kyrgios in March last year, Hatzi travelled the world supporting her boyfriend on the international tennis tour, cheering on his run to the 2022 Wimbledon singles final.

Two months after the couple ended their three-year union, Hatzi said: 'I loved him and thought we had a great connection. Now that I'm not travelling, I can do what I want and be fully present.'

Known as much for his on-court meltdowns as for his flamboyant playing style, Kyrgios missed a singles wildcard to the upcoming Wimbledon tournament but scored one in men's doubles.

Ranked 899 in singles on the ATP tour, Kyrgios marked his 31st birthday in April by revealing he had been dating Melbourne marketing manager Danai Stamati for three months.

Hatzi's manager Roxy Jacenko said the emergence of the Contos pictures was 'nothing more than a pursuit of publicity by a party with an agenda that is entirely unknown to Costeen'

Contos, who has previously been labelled a Comanchero associate, told the Daily Mail Hatzi 'was seeing a guy who paid for her new boob job' and that man was upset by the photographs

The unidentified woman pitched an entire martini over Marangos, who 'instinctively' reacted by picking up the nearest object and hurling it at Contos.

The plastic lamp hit Contos on the forehead, causing a cut and blood to run down his face onto his clothes. Contos was treated by staff and police were called.

Marangos left the restaurant before police arrived and was arrested the following night at a Hurstville Grove address in Sydney's south.

When Marangos was being sentenced for the assault in August last year, solicitor Kiki Kyriacou said his client had been exposed to coercive control in her relationship with Contos.

Mr Kyriacou said Contos, who had given Marangos an Audi then taken it back, had also breached a restraining order multiple times but she had been too scared to report his conduct.

Contos has been called a property developer, but at Marangos's sentencing hearing Judge Christine Haskett asked if he was currently employed.

Mr Kyriacou checked with his client, whose response from the public gallery he interpreted for Judge Haskett: 'I think he doesn't have a real job.'

Some of the history between Contos and Marangos (above) was outlined after she pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm in April last year

The solicitor then agreed when Judge Haskett suggested Contos had 'other sources of income'.

Mr Kyriacou submitted Marangos should be dealt with under Section 14 of the Mental Health Act, but the prosecutor objected, describing the lamp-throwing as a 'violent assault'.

In granting the defence application, Judge Haskett noted Marangos's PTSD diagnosis, the nature of her relationship with Contos, and the likelihood she would not reoffend.

Judge Haskett also said Marangos would experience ongoing anxiety as she waited for Contos's criminal charges to be heard.

Upon hearing the assault occasioning bodily harm charge had been dismissed, Marangos said, 'Thank you so much.'

Contos remained on bail, requiring him to wear an electronic monitoring device and included conditions he not enter Hurstville or go within three kilometres of that area.

He was not to contact Marangos, not to drink alcohol or take drugs not prescribed by a doctor, and had to report every day to police.

When Contos appeared in Downing Centre Local Court on December 10, the charges of stalking, contravening an AVO and installing a tracking device were dismissed.

The following day at the same court Contos was found not guilty of three remaining charges: intentionally choking a person, a second count of contravening an AVO, and one of common assault which had been added on December 5.

Contos has made a costs application for defending the last three charges which is listed to be heard in August.

He was back before Hornsby Local Court on March 17 when Judge Michael O'Brien imposed the two-year AVO to protect another woman.
