Kylie Minogue Reveals Romance Secrets with Hutchence

 is set to open up about her relationship with late INXS singer in an upcoming documentary about her life.

The iconic singer, 57, will be providing fans with some never-before-heard stories about her two-year relationship with the late singer,

The Melbourne-born singer reflects on her romance with Hutchence, who she dated from 1989 to 1991, in the upcoming documentary, called Kylie.

'I was 21 when we met — and really impressionable... I mean that in the best possible way,' Kylie said.

She then admitted that Hutchence had a big effect on her life and that she still thought about him to this day.

'He just had such an impact on me. He was a smart, kind, deep, artistic and interesting human,' she said.

'We went on this beautiful journey of a relationship. His passing in 1997 was a loss to so many, including myself.'

She finished by saying the legendary singer opened her up to new experiences and for that she was grateful to him.

'People wonder why I'm still so moved... it's for many reasons. One of those is that he was one of my first big steps into adulthood, into the wider world,' she said.

'A world of possibility and discovery. Travel, literature, excess, connections, art, artistry, expression, performance and on and on the list goes! I was the perfect age for that moment.'

Earlier this month, Kylie gave a first glimpse into her life as she dropped the trailer for her upcoming 'intimate' documentary. 

The Australian singer passionately kissed late INXS frontman ex Michael Hutchence in a sweet archive video. 

The couple looked happy as they cosied up in a series of clips.

Kylie also held back tears as she opened up about how terrified she was during her battle, 'I felt removed from my body, I was so scared of what was ahead of me.'
