Kylie Jenner Sued by Second Housekeeper Over Letter

has been hit with another lawsuit from a member of her household staff, adding to mounting legal troubles for the beauty mogul.

The new complaint follows just days after a , claiming she had been 'belittled and humiliated' while working in Jenner’s home.

In legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail on Friday, Juana Delgado Soto alleges the 28-year-old reality star failed to intervene as she experienced mistreatment from other employees - even after the housekeeper slipped her a letter pleading for help.

Soto filed the lawsuit on Wednesday against Kylie Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services, alleging racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and a failure to prevent or address misconduct.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Jenner’s representatives for comment.

The filing claims that in April 2025, after repeated complaints allegedly went unaddressed, Soto wrote a detailed letter outlining claims of mistreatment and placed it on Jenner’s massage table shortly before an appointment. 

According to the suit, Soto allegedly described her emotional distress in the message, writing ‘I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused’ and adding, ‘I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.’

The filing claims that the day after the letter was left, she was allegedly threatened with termination and told she must never contact Jenner again.
