The former shock jock, 54, was spotted with wife , 40, and their son, Otto, three, in the swanky suburb of Rose Bay.
The trio were leaving the local swimming pool where Otto had just taken a swimming lesson.
Kyle cut a very casual figure for the trip, stepping out in an oversized, long-sleeve black collared shirt.
He also wore a pair of dark coloured shorts as well as a pair of black sneakers and matching socks.
Accessorising with a pair of tinted sunglasses, Kyle finished his look with a black LA Dodgers baseball cap.

Kyle Sandilands took some time out from his ongoing legal battle with ARN on Thursday to spend some quality time with family
The former shock jock, 54, was spotted with wife Tegan Kynaston , 40, and their son, Otto, three, in the swanky Sydney suburb of Rose Bay
Tegan, meanwhile, wore an eye-catching leopard-print jacket over a form-fitting sleeveless black top.
She showed off her lithe legs in a pair of red and white shorts that finished mid-thigh, and a pair of black slides.
Leaving her blonde locks down for the occasion, Tegan was also seen carrying a small brown paper bag, possibly containing a post-lesson snack for Otto, back to the family car.
Both Kyle and Tegan were very much in doting parent mode, dutifully holding little Otto's hands as they crossed the road.
He looked to be having a great time, too, smiling and playfully jumping as he walked with his parents.
It comes after it was revealed on Wednesday that Sandilands wanted to be 'friends again' with Henderson by phoning her on live radio to talk about his success, just hours after an on-air blow-up.
The bizarre request was revealed in a statement of claim filed in the Federal Court on Henderson's behalf amid her civil case against KIIS 106.5 owner ARN Media over the termination of her $100million contract.

In the court documents, Henderson claimed she had two major clashes with Sandilands before their final spat in February – the first was on August 20 when he made comments referencing 'psycho babble' and 'weird psychological bulls***'.

Sandilands then said: 'You can't start crying about it, it's not that big a deal.'
According to the court documents, the broadcaster did not attempt to intervene or stop Sandilands.
The following day, on February 21, Henderson texted CEO Michael Stephenson and chief content officer Kerri Elstub, saying Sandilands' conduct was 'unfair, inappropriate and completely unprovoked'.
She also asked whether anything had been put in place 'around boundaries and expectations moving forward'.
Henderson is claiming compensation of at least $82.25million, which is the remaining portion of her contract.
She alleged the termination of her contract was a result of her seeking a safe workplace, which was a breach of the Fair Work Act.
She is also seeking payment of a pecuniary penalty plus interest and costs.
Meanwhile, Sandilands is suing ARN separately on different grounds.
He recently commenced action in the Federal Court, alleging that ARN deliberately sabotaged his $100 million contract.
Sandilands claimed the altercation with Henderson, which led to his dismissal and the axing of The Kyle & Jackie O Show, could not constitute serious misconduct as such behaviour had been encouraged by his employer.
