Kyle Sandilands has purchased a lavish holiday home in Copacabana, on the Central Coast of NSW, a short distance from the $4.3m mansion Prime Minister Anthony Albanese snapped up last year.
The radio star, 53, purchased the property for $1.8m, which is significantly cheaper than the luxurious four-bedroom mansion Albanese bought in October.
According to real estate data, Sandilands’ purchasing price is directly in line with the median house sale value of the area compared to Albanese’s pricey purchase.
The shock jock’s stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom property features large open living areas, wraparound balconies and stunning nature views.
Other attractive features include a master ensuite, rumpus room, a large backyard and a cutting-edge security system.
Its desirable location is close to a variety of amenities – including restaurants and bars, shopping centres and public transport.

Sandilands told Triple M’s Paddy Gerard and Maz Compton he purchased a home in the area to be near his wife Tegan Kynaston’s family.
‘We were looking on The Central Coast because my wife’s family, her mum, her brothers have homes there,’ he began.
