Scott, 51, was taken into custody by the Chesterfield Police Department on February 16 and charged with a pair of charges including operating a vehicle while intoxicated; and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Scott, who is , 30, with the Grammy-winning artist, donned a tank top and blue jeans as she chat outside a residence with police officers.
Scott told officers another driver in a 'little blue car' swerved into her lane, which she said led her to have 'no choice' or room, but to careen her Range Rover into a pickup truck in the lane to her right.
'I didn't see the pickup truck, but I felt the impact and my car felt the impact,' Scott told police.
