During the special The Roast Of Kevin Hart which aired earlier this month, Hinchcliffe had said, 'The black community is so proud of you. Right now, is looking up at us all, laughing so hard he can't breathe.'
Hart explained on the radio program, 'It wasn't a tasteful joke to our culture, to our audience, but our audience that's watching the roast, if you're watching the roast, you get why they're doing it.'

'You get why the racial humor is on the table,' Hart added before revealing that he was not 'shocked' by the joke.
'Like, that's what they do. Go look at the Tom Brady one. Like, that's what they do. It happens every year when they do a roast.'
He also noted that SNL alum Pete Davidson additionally made a joke about the death of Charlie Kirk
Like, would I tell those jokes? No. But do I get why they're being told? Yes,' Hart continued on The Breakfast Club; Handler, Gillis and Hart seen above
Hinchcliffe said: 'She (Handler) was a bit of a c***. I'll tell you that. She just kept coming at me. She said I took the Saudi Arabia money. She was like wrong about things. The writers just didn't do her any justice.'
The Ohio native went on to reveal that he was the only one on the roast panel who came in with a disadvantage but he used the opportunity to go after Handler who had several jokes aimed at him earlier in the night.
Hinchcliffe explained: 'But then the teleprompter, the fun fact, the teleprompter only went down during my set. And it gave me a lot of opportunity to remind Chelsea Handler what she looks like and where her life is because she had it coming.
'You know everybody wants to go up early in those things and they put a lot of the people that they know will do good at the end which is f***ing bulls*** because some people turn off the television before that happens.
'So what they don't realize though because they want to go up early when the crowd's all fresh, is that I'm sitting there watching what they are doing. So when Chelsea kept coming at me, I'm like 'oh, I am going to f*** this b**** up.'
Earlier in the rant he blasted coverage of the roast which he claimed said that Handler 'lit' him up and slammed fellow comedians for branding him as gay and a Nazi.
Hinchcliffe said: 'That was the first time I have been called a Nazi multiple times in just a few hours, I guess that's LA writer's rooms.
'All of these mentally ill liberals out there that somehow with all these f***in Blacks and Jews and Mexicans around me. I guess I'm a f***ing Nazi somehow.'
He then went after the roast panel which was comprised of plenty of actors.
The comedian was unrelenting as he attacked Handler's appearance, age and career in an episode of his live comedy podcast Kill Tony released on Monday
'All of these mentally ill liberals out there that somehow with all these f***in Blacks and Jews and Mexicans around me. I guess I'm a f***ing Nazi somehow,' the comedian said; seen in 2024 in NYC
The release of the podcast came days after Handler took aim at Hinchcliffe and fellow comedian Gillis after they mocked her at Netflix's roast and delivered controversial sets that sparked backlash.
She ripped into the pair during a recent appearance on Deon Cole's Funny Knowing You podcast, where she accused both comics of crossing the line during the event.
'I knew enough about Tony and Shane - they're racists, they're bigots, they're sexist,' Handler said. 'I don't find those jokes funny. Lynching Black people is not a joke. It's worse than rape.'
The star also called out jokes involving Sherryl Underwood's late husband. 'There was so much disgustingness, I knew it was gonna be a gross vibe,' she claimed.
During the roast, host Gillis introduced Handler with a jab referencing her attendance at a 2010 dinner party hosted by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, after he had already served jail time for procuring a minor for prostitution.
Gillis later defended the bit, insisting it was simply 'a fun' joke and telling the audience: 'You can look it up, there's articles. It wasn't like a big party, it was like seven people there. Prince Andrew and Woody Allen were there.'
Handler, however, did not stay quiet during her own set and fired back at both comics with a string of blistering insults aimed especially at Hinchcliffe, who had referred to her earlier in the evening as a 'cold frigid b****.'
Tony and Shane, this must be so exciting for you guys. Usually on Sunday nights, you just burn a cross on someone's lawn, and tonight you get to roast a whole Black guy… If you're here tonight, who's keeping Joe Rogan's balls warm in their mouth?' she quipped.

She continued her takedown of Hinchcliffe with: 'Tony is what happens when women don't have safe access to abortion care… I didn't know veneers came in deli mustard yellow. You must be using Crest White Supremacist Strips.'
Tony, you have the face of a school shooter and the personality of someone who gets shot first,' she added.
While Handler avoided directly responding to Gillis' Epstein joke during the roast itself, she did make pointed references to his past controversy surrounding anti-Asian slurs that led to his firing from Saturday Night Live before he ever appeared on the show.
The jab appeared to land with Gillis himself, who could be seen laughing at the remark.
