made a surprise cameo as a guest judge on the latest episode of The for Ozzfest Night.

The 41-year-old star, who is notably the daughter of the late and , was greeted with applause from the live audience as she joined the panel of other judges.

It comes just days after she fired back at 'cruel' body-shaming trolls following her appearance at the 2026 over the past weekend.

Host welcomed Osbourne to the singing competition series and asked her how it felt to be on the show once again. 

'You know what? It feels a little bit emotional, I can't lie,' the TV personality admitted. 'But I am very grateful to be here.'

It comes just days after she fired back at 'cruel' body-shaming trolls following her appearance at the 2026 BRIT Awards over the past weekend (seen above) 

However, Osbourne is no stranger to the Fox competition series and notably competed as Ladybug during the second season. 

'This is tough!' she admitted about being one of the judges for the special episode. 

After seeing commentary about her appearance, Osbourne shared a post by Aerosmith star Steve Tyler's daughter Mia Tyler who threw her support behind Osbourne with an impassioned message

She wrote: 'There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something'

Kelly's attendance at a variety of public events over recent months has prompted genuine concern for her health and wellbeing, including a front row appearance at London Fashion Week.

The singer and TV personality, who denies using weight loss jabs, looked considerably slimmer while attending Ascot Millinery Collective's latest catwalk presentation at Mayfair's Claridge's.

Taking to Instagram, Osbourne shared a screenshot of a distasteful message, which read: 'Looks like a dead body... she's too thin and fragile... looks like she's going to see her dad soon,' followed by a string of laughing emojis.

Commenting on Monday, the mother of one, who also shared a handful of appalled responses to the post, wrote: 'Literally can't believe how disgusting some human beings are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!'
