The ex-glamour model and mother-of-five, 47, shocked fans when she married the businessman in last month following a whirlwind 'one-week' romance.
The star has now returned to the UK for work but while she was away with Lee in the UAE last week, the pair filmed a daily life vlog together which was uploaded to her on Sunday.
In the clip they cruised around Dubai in a golf buggy together as Katie praised Lee for being 'older' in comparison to her younger previous partners as it means he has more 'life experience'.
Lee then admitted that they never run out of things to talk about before quipping of his personal life now that he is firmly in the spotlight: 'Everyone keeps saying I'm 43 from Manchester, I'm not'.
Katie looked slightly bemused as she then replied: 'What are you then?'

It comes after Katiesaid that she was feeling 'ecstatic, smitten and in love' as she performed in Ireland over the weekend - whilst Lee remained in missile-hit .
Now back from the UAE, Katie was performing at the Gossies 2026 where she wore a racy co-ord that showed off her surgically-enhanced assets.
While she was there she spoke to Goss.ie about Lee, saying: 'I'm ecstatic. I'm smitten and I'm in love', before confirming that she was not in fact pregnant after rumours swirled last week.

Of the whirlwind wedding she added: 'There was no stress. I don't, I like stress but the wedding and all that, there was no stress. It all went so good.'
When asked if she had a message to those who may have expressed concern at how quickly things have developed, she simply said: 'Just enjoy and watch my love develop.'
After speaking to the publication she went on to perform on stage at the event.
Though he wasn't there in person, Lee posted a snap of her in her element to his Story with the caption 'coming in hot' as well as a quote which read: 'F**k normal. I want magic.'
Gushing over his connection with wife Katie he then penned underneath it: 'Love having this with you Katie.'
