Katie Johnston has overhauled her life, and is thriving.
The former Married At First Sight bride announced on social media last month that she has reached her goal weight.
'I'm so freaking proud of myself! And knowing exactly what I needed to do to lose the dangerous visceral fat was so helpful!' the 38-year-old wrote.
'I've cheated an early death. Oh my goodness. I'm unbelievably happy and so glad I didn't stay down. Thanks everyone for cheering me on.'
Katie, who appeared on season 12 of Married At First Sight in 2025, also shared images of her trim, new figure.
The former reality star is in the process of launching a community around her health journey, called The Way To Wellness with Katie.

'I just want to be healthy and strong, I'm not chasing skinny,' she explained on social media.
Last year, Katie revealed her incredible body transformation after – and has lost even more since.

She says the process all began with a frightening health diagnosis.
A DEXA scan showed she had a dangerous amount of visceral fat – the kind that wraps around internal organs and is linked to heart disease, stroke, type 2 and certain cancers.
'I wasn't chasing a goal weight - I was running from an early death,' Katie told Daily Mail.
The shock result came when she weighed 108kg.
She had previously tried medication in mid-2024 at 112kg but stopped after suffering extreme fatigue and nausea.
Her weight then plateaued during filming for MAFS.
'I just want to be healthy and strong, I'm not chasing skinny,' she explained.
