Justin Hemmes Shows Family Love in Vaucluse

The happy couple, who welcomed their baby to the world in June last year, were spotted cuddling their tot outside their Vaucluse waterfront mansion.

The notoriously private pub baron, 53, appeared relaxed and hands-on as he carried little Jaegar down to the shoreline before boarding a seaplane.

Garbed in a grey polo shirt and black slacks, he was all smiles as he stole a sweet goodbye kiss from his 29-year-old model partner. 

In a rare public display of affection, he was also seen wrapping Madeline in a warm embrace before he took to the skies.

And he didn't forget about his only son - sharing two daughters, Alexa and Saachi, with his ex-partner Kate Fowler - planting a kiss on the toddler's belly.

Meanwhile, Madeline risked a wardrobe malfunction as she stepped out in a pair of soft grey slacks and a cardigan that almost gaped open at her chest.

The blonde beauty slicked her tresses back into a sleek updo, cradling her son in her arms as she walked Justin down to the seaplane.

She bid her love goodbye with a kiss, smiling as Justin then leaned down to say farewell to their child. 

The sighting comes after reports Justin's hospitality empire Merivale has tightened its grip on the Sydney CBD, .

The sale clears the way for another key piece of Justin's ambitious Kings Green overhaul, with the former Combined Services RSL sub-branch building - known locally as the Barracks on Barrack - sold after two years of planning.

For Justin, the acquisition strengthens his expanding CBD footprint as part of the broader business strategy, which is transforming multiple heritage buildings into a high-end dining, hotel and entertainment precinct.

In December, Justin opened the RSL Club Rose Bay to thousands of fans who lined up for hours to gain entry into the exclusive venue, with this new site joining his growing empire.

The site now becomes a strategic addition to the company's sweeping Kings Green precinct vision - a multi-block redevelopment spanning King, York, Clarence and Barrack Streets.
