Who's The Boss? veteran Judith Light stepped onto the red carpet earlier this week for the AMC Networks 2026 Upfront in .

But the TV legend had fans concerned as she made some bizarre moves when inside Spring Studios.

The 77-year-old actress flipped her hair in her face, raised her arms up to her head, pointed at fans and stuck a leg out in an awkward way as she repeatedly made moves that are not usual for a celebrity to make when in front of cameras.

Fans expressed their opinions on over Light's performance.

'Um, is she OK? Judith is doing some weird things here, people,' said one while another added, 'She has gotten odd, copy that.'

But some fans defended Light: 'Everyone chill, that is just the way she is, she is having fun with her fame.' Then a supporter claimed it was all intentional: 'She's just proving to the world that She Is The Boss!' which was a play on her old TV show's title.

But the TV legend had fans concerned as she made some bizarre moves when inside Spring Studios

She achieved mainstream success as she starred alongside Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano on Who's The Boss, which premiered in 1984.

Her character Angela Bower broke the mold as a self-sufficient single mother.

And Light became a trailblazer for shifting how women were portrayed in television and media.

In 2024, she accepted a Primetime Emmy for her role as Irene Smothers in the Peacock series Poker Face.

Visibly moved by the honor, she said in her acceptance speech: 'Oh my goodness, what a way to start the New Year.

'Thank you to everyone in the Academy. I'm really, really grateful. And to all the women with whom I am nominated, I am so honored to be in your company.'

She continued, 'Natasha Lyonne, I loved working with you.'

Elsewhere the Hollywood fixture noted, 'As we know, it all starts with the script and that would be Wyatt Cain and Charlier Peppers for your amazing script.'

Light got her start in theater in the early 1970s.

Next came the daytime soap opera One Life to Live, where she played the role of Karen Wolek from 1977 to 1983.

After being on Who's the Boss? for eight years she had a recurring role of Elizabeth Donnelly in the crime drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2002 to 2010.

Then came a starring role on Ugly Betty as Claire Meade from 2006 to 2010.

From 2013 to 2014, she was the villain on the Dallas remake before she played Shelly Pfefferman on Transparent.

In 2018, she had an important role as perfume mogul Marilyn Miglin in The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story.
