'Loving this new project and I cant wait to share the news soon. The coat is from @mysundayski and i thought it was too pretty to only wear for the slopes.'
Josie's skinny-fit choice of jeans showed off her recent therapy on her legs amid her health battle with lipoedema.
She recently admitted she went under the knife to try to reverse the effects of the condition - and plans to have several more surgeries despite the £7,000 price tag.
During an appearance on This Morning, Josie told Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard: 'Somebody actually said on Instagram, "You've got a typical lipoedema body".
'I always knew something wasn't right with my body, but I didn't know what lipoedema was at all - and I got diagnosed about a year ago and in September I had surgery.'

Josie underwent surgery, which involved her having liposuction, a procedure that helps remove stubborn, localised fat deposits from areas of the body.
She followed up with VASER (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) treatment, which uses ultrasound waves to break down fat cells.
According to the NHS, Lipoedema is a long-term (chronic) condition of fat and connective tissue which builds up in your legs, hips, bottom and sometimes arms. It affects both sides of the body equally.

The diet also involves simpler, less processed foods, little sugar and an emphasis on home cooked meals over 'convenience' like takeaways and frozen ready meals.
However, she insisted her weight loss is down to a combination of 'stress' and 'good angles' as she claims 'I'm not as slim as you think'.
She quipped: 'I bought a house which I'm renovating in Bath, trying to be a mum, running around the country working. I got so overwhelmed I got to Thailand and slept for 27 hours.'
She added: 'I think it must be good angles, I'm so chunky and not as slim as you think.'
