has long styled herself as , often compared to the late for her high-profile love life and string of marriages.

The 56-year-old superstar has walked down the aisle four times - a modest tally next to Taylor’s legendary eight - but her recent comments about relationships have raised eyebrows, suggesting she may have embraced the wife role too soon.

At the end of May, Lopez appeared to reflect on her romantic past during an , confirming she is single and adding, ‘I should have done it sooner. I’ve been doing it all wrong. I’ve been doing it all wrong, trust me.’ 

She added, ‘I’ll find somebody somewhere one day if they’re good enough,’ comments that may well have stung former partners.

And just weeks later, on Watch What Happens Live, she doubled down on the sentiment, insisting, ‘My greatest love is ahead of me 100 percent. Without a doubt.’ 

The remarks came shortly before Lopez  with during a podcast - a revelation that inevitably circled back to her own love life.

While Ben Affleck is arguably the most high-profile of her four ex-husbands, the others - Marc Anthony, Cris Judd and Ojani Noa -  also had their own brushes with Tinseltown fame. 

The most recent chapter in Lopez’s marital history played out with Affleck, a relationship that spanned more than two decades of on-off romance before they finally tied the knot in 2022.

After first meeting on the set of Gigli, the pair became 'Bennifer' in the early 2000s and were engaged in 2002 before abruptly calling off their wedding in 2003 under intense media scrutiny. 

They reunited nearly 20 years later, marrying in Las Vegas in July 2022 followed by a second ceremony in Georgia. 

The comeback romance didn’t last, however, with Lopez filing for divorce in 2024, ending their second chapter for good. 

Before Affleck, Lopez married singer Marc Anthony, a relationship that began in 2004 at the height of both their careers. 

The couple became a major Latin music power pairing and welcomed twins Max and Emme in 2008.

But behind the scenes, the marriage was already under strain, and they split in 2011 after seven years together. 

After his split from Lopez in 2011, Anthony moved on relatively quickly in his personal life.

He married Venezuelan model and former Miss Universe winner Shannon De Lima in 2014. 

That marriage lasted until 2017, when the pair separated and later finalized their divorce.

Since then, Anthony has had a more low-profile romantic life, but he did welcome another child in 2023 with his current wife, Paraguayan model Nadia Ferreira. 

The couple married in early 2023 and announced the birth of their son, marking Anthony’s seventh child overall.

Despite the breakup, Lopez and Anthony have continued to co-parent and remain publicly cordial. 

In June 2022, when the twins were 14, Lopez went viral after introducing Emme onstage using ‘they’ pronouns, indicating a nonbinary identification. 

More recently, a public announcement obtained by the Daily Mail in May stated that the teenager, formerly known as Emme, now goes by the name Oskar Muniz and uses ‘he’ pronouns.

Lopez’s shortest marriage came with choreographer Cris Judd, whom she wed in 2001 after meeting him while working on her Love Don’t Cost a Thing video and touring period. 

Judd was working as a backup dancer on her rising pop career at the time, and their relationship quickly escalated from professional to personal after a whirlwind romance on the road and in rehearsals. 

They married in a private ceremony in California, but the pressure of Lopez’s global fame and relentless public attention soon took its toll. 

The couple separated in 2002 after less than a year, with Judd later describing the intense scrutiny as overwhelming. 

Judd would go on to marry Kelly A. Wolfe, a former beauty queen and actress, in 2009. 

The couple have stayed together since and have largely kept a low-profile life compared to his brief marriage to Lopez.

They have one daughter together, Vivienne Lee Judd, born in 2011.

Lopez’s first marriage was to Cuban actor Ojani Noa in 1997, before she became a global superstar. 

At the time she was still breaking through in Hollywood with roles in Selena and Out of Sight. 

Noa was working as a waiter at a Miami restaurant when they met, and their relationship moved quickly, culminating in a wedding just months later. 

However, the marriage was short-lived, ending in 1998 after less than a year, with Lopez’s rapidly rising fame and competing career pressures cited as key strains. 

The breakup later spiraled into years of legal disputes after Noa attempted to publish details of their relationship and personal correspondence, prompting Lopez to pursue multiple court actions to block him.

Noa later married Cuban producer and trainer Claudia Vazquez in 2007. 

That marriage also ended in divorce, and since then Noa has largely stayed out of mainstream Hollywood relationships.
