The former star first revealed Presley, now four, had been diagnosed with a congenital condition bicuspid aortic valve in August 2024.
She explained to her followers that the condition – which affects around one per cent of the population – means the heart valve has only two leaflets instead of the usual three.
And now Jess has admitted she has PTSD after dealing with his health issues and is hesitant about having another child, despite wanting to give Presley a sibling.
Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast Wright At Home with her mum Carol, fans asked her if she was thinking about having more babies.
'I would love a sibling for Presley. I'm just too scared,' said Jess.

She continued: 'I think it is particularly hard with his health. He's had a lot of health issues, and I think that that's what scared us.
'So I think we've got a bit of PTSD from the beginning of it and his heart condition. We only found out about two years ago, and we've been adjusting to that news.
'I was actually thinking about it the other day. I was so embarrassed of myself when I went on Cooking With The Stars last year.
'I stayed in the hotel one night through the week to break it up because it was a whole full week of filming. I was a complete wreck that night when, with this bunch of celebrities that I'd only met that week, I was in hysterics about his heart condition.
'The ball had been like a month before and his heart check the week before, so I just think I pent all this up. It doesn't sound weird now when I say out loud, but when I thought of it yesterday, God knows what they all thought of me.
'They must have thought I was a nutcase. They must have literally thought I was a nutcase.'

Breaking down in tears, Jess revealed that doctors have seen a rare improvement in his condition after he was diagnosed with the congenital condition bicuspid aortic valve.
‘The other day the doctor said that actually his has reduced which is really, really rare, it doesn’t happen often,’ she said in a podcast episode.
‘He’s doing really, really well.’
Overcome with emotion, Jess admitted the strain of living between each check-up has been immense.

‘You hold it together for these checks and then you kind of hold it together after because you get good news,’ Jess said.
‘To be in that kind of agonising wait not knowing if it's going to be a good result or the worst news, every four months is just not easy.’
Stepping in, Carol said: ‘It went really well, and they got good news that it’s improved.
‘He’s going to be ok he’s such a strong boy.’
Natalya said: ‘Couldn't have asked for better news really.’
Despite the positive update, Jess said the family remains acutely aware of the uncertainty ahead.
She said: ‘We just have to hope and pray that his heart sustains where it is at the moment because at the moment it’s ok. It’s just that we’re close to the level of where it will need operating on.’
She added: ‘Defying all the odds, he’s got that but he’s still completely active and really, really energetic.’
