The 57-year-old actress first sparked romance speculation with Curtis last year in July, with the pair going Instagram official in November 2025.

The life coach, 50, offered insight into his relationship with the Friends alum during last week's episode of the Ced With Intention podcast

'I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,' he explained. 'We spend a lot of time in the house together. Sometimes, we can have, like, little things that flare up.'

Curtis added, 'We have the opportunity to be silent, angry, [we] could leave the house, think about it and meditate on how to change it.

'Or we can say, "Hey, this is what happened, I'm sorry," and do the repair and then go and work on making sure it happens less or doesn't happen again.'

He further expressed that 'once you make a repair and it just happens five more times, no one trusts it.'

During his podcast appearance, Curtis additionally advised that couples should 'pre-game the rules' when it comes to a relationship, including when it comes to communication.

'We both have to work on ourselves. I can't fix you, you can't fix me. But we have to at least be in agreement, "This is gonna happen when we have this discussion."'

The life coach then explained that both he and Aniston have 'had discussions where, before anything bad happens, "In this situation, do you need time? Do you need 10 minutes to yourself to think about it or do you want to get into it immediately?"

'"Is it okay if we sleep overnight or are you the type of person who, if you go to bed angry, it's really painful for you?"' he added.

'I think there needs to be, especially in a romantic relationship, you need to pregame the rules to this thing that you're doing.'

Aniston and Curtis first ignited romance speculation when the pair were spotted in Mallorca over the Fourth of July weekend last year.

In November, the lovebirds went official with their relationship on Instagram when the actress shared a black and white photo to celebrate her beau's 50th birthday.

Aniston could be seen wrapping her arms around Curtis as she stood close behind him.

In the caption of the post, The Morning Show star sweetly typed out, 'Happy birthday my love Cherished ❤️.'

Just a few days later, Curtis also jumped to his own Instagram page to share a photo series - with Aniston making an appearance in some of the images.

'If this is a dream I don't want to wake up. ❤️,' the hypnotist had written in the caption.
