The presenter, 50, shared a series of sweet photos on Instagram with Jonnie's wife Jessica Holmes and their three boys; Rex, seven, and twins Rafa and Cormac, five, as they made memories abroad. 

Jasmine, who has been filming in Corfu, wrote about how she 'missed' her co-presenter but his boys are a 'beautiful reminder that a part of you is still with us every day'.

The pair worked on  property show A Place In The Sun together since its launch in 2004, were also close friends off screen.

Jonnie tragically died in February 2024 aged 50 after a battle with lung . 

In one poolside photo, Jasmine beamed as she stood beside Jonnie's family, her husband Jon Boast and her children; Joy and Albion, while another clip showed Jonnie's three boys pushing the presenter into the pool.

Jonnie tragically died in February 2024 after a battle with lung cancer aged 50

Jasmine wrote: 'Oh Jonnie, you would have loved this weekend. My heart is so full after spending time with Jess and the boys. You’d be so proud of them. 

'Watching our families spend time together, sharing laughs, stories and creating new memories, felt so incredibly special.

'You are always missed, but seeing your boys grow into such wonderful young people is a beautiful reminder that a part of you is still with us every day.

'And dear Jess, I am always in awe of you. Such an amazing woman and wonderful wife and mum.'

Jessica previously shared her last moments with Jonnie as she reflected on their loving marriage.

Speaking to HELLO magazine, she emotionally said: 'He told me, "I'm so happy I met you," and that he knew the boys would have the most joy and fun a person could bring.

'We had so much fun, Jonnie and me, we were never boring, we weren't best friends, we were lovers; there was passion.'

Jessica cared for Jonnie at their home in the last few days of his life and was supported by nurses.

She said his death was 'cruel by how quick it was' as he returned home from hospital and didn't leave his bed before passing away days later.

Jess admitted she was in denial that this was the end because she was expecting him to have a 'neurological decline' because days earlier he was 'playfully giving her grief' about something.

She revealed their oldest son Rex went to Jonnie's room to see him before he passed and Jess explained how she believes their little boy 'knew something wasn't right because he kissed Jonnie's hand'.
