Jane Seymour has revealed what she eats in a day to maintain her fit figure and youthful looks as she celebrates her 75th birthday.
The former Bond girl, marks the special day on February 15 and has shared her top nutritional tips without fad diets or missing out.
Jane - who is 5ft4in and a US size 4 (UK size 8) - said she has been the same size since she was a teenager and despite turning 75 she still looks half her age.
The British actress has previously stressed how she stays away from drugs like Ozempic to stay thin and instead enjoys a Mediterranean diet and eating fresh foods.
She told Daily Mail: 'I love the Mediterranean way of eating, it works so well and it tastes good, it includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish'.
Another hack she goes by is she having only one big meal a day at around 1:30pm.

'I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't till later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it.
'I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use.'
Later in the day the star loves to snack on nuts like pistachios, cold veggies like cucumbers and celery, and hummus.
'I do love nuts,' she said. 'I am a savory person, I like the salt.'

Turns out the reason is because the Dr Quinn Medicine Woman actress has been leading a very healthy lifestyle by the beach in Malibu for decades.
'Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy.
'People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them.
'If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat,' Jane told Daily Mail. 'But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.'

She also stays active by lifting light weights and doing Pilates. 'You have to keep moving!' she added.
Jane previously discussed her day-to-day routine and whether preparing for a grueling 12- to 14-hour workday or easing into a more relaxed morning at home, the star begins her day with a purposeful stretch.
'Before you get up, wiggle about like a fish. Let your spine move, and your arms, and your feet,' she explained, crediting a ballerina friend for introducing the habit. 'It feels freeing', she told People.
Jane also explained she refuses to let busy schedules interrupt her from exercising.
'Depending on how much time I have, I will do some Pilates-type exercise to wake my body up. If I haven't had time at home, I will do pliés in costume on set. People laugh at me, but I'll do that whilst learning lines,' she admitted.

Her skincare regime is just as meticulous.
In the shower, she uses Crepe Erase exfoliant from The Body Firm, a brand she's partnered with for over a decade.
'It sloughs off all the dead skin cells. If I do that, I know my skin is going to be looking firm and un-crepey,' she said.
Sunscreen, she insists, is sacred.
'I will always put on sunscreen, usually SPF 40. I learned the hard way in Hollywood when George Hamilton told me to fry myself. I realized you age faster than you need to.'
She told Daily Mail: 'I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn't till around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it. I love fish'
