Imogen Anthony Pleads for Help Amid Struggles

 has sparked concerns after admitting she needs help after a traumatic experience. 

The former girlfriend of shock jock  shared a series of Instagram Stories on Monday that indicated she was in a bad way. 

'I've recently been through and am still in one of the most traumatic circumstances in my life... I'm not okay,' the 35-year-old wrote. 

'I'm mentally and physically struggling, every single day... I don't want sympathy, I just want to let you all know I won't be the same for a while.' 

She continued: 'As someone who rarely asks for help, I've never needed the support of my circle more. Babysat, like a child, trying to distract myself from the constant demons circling my mind and the guilt of what could've been done differently...'

The social media star did not specify what she is suffering through, and indicated she wanted to keep it private for now. 

'Maybe I'll talk about it one day, maybe I won't, but my heart continues to bleed as I continue to breathe...' she wrote. 

Imogen also posted a short video showing a close-up of her eyes as she shed tears. 

Anthony has kept a lower profile in recent years, and operates the Crimson Peak Animal Sanctuary in . 

'The wellbeing of my animals is my top priority,' she previously explained.  

Imogen rose to fame on the arm of radio star Sandilands.  

The media titan announced his split from the Big Brother VIP star on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in November 2019.

Anthony then moved on with new partner Harley Jones, with the pair tying the knot during a Vegas wedding in 2022. 

The two remain close, and Imogen has said that Kyle is still her 'best friend' and had done significant animal welfare work with her over the years.
