'I love . I'm obsessed with microneedling and salmon sperm [facials]. It [salmon sperm] works so well. I'm making my husband do it. He's obsessed. He loves it.'

Duff continued: 'I used to spend hours getting ready. We [moms] have four minutes to get ourselves together. My kids come first. I feel much better about myself when I use the few tried-and-true products that I know work. I'm also a huge water drinker.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to the blonde Texan's rep, but did not immediately hear back.

Duff and her second husband Matthew Koma are proud parents of three daughters - Banks, seven, Mae, five, and Townes, two.

The SI Swimsuit cover girl is also mother to 14-year-old son Luca Comrie from her three-year marriage to ex-husband Mike Comrie, which ended in 2014 (divorce finalized in 2016).
