 was left totally stunned by the audience's reaction when she revealed her childhood crush.

On Wednesday, the singer, 38, appeared on the Jennifer Hudson Show where she admitted to once being head over heels for 90s heartthrob .

However, Duff quickly learned that much of Hudson's audience had no idea who Thomas was.

She was first asked to name her childhood crush by a fan in the audience after they shared that actor  recently revealed Duff as his celebrity crush.

'Do you remember JTT?' Duff asked the fan, before turning to the rest of Hudson's studio audience.

'Look, you're too young. You're too young,' she said. 'Please raise your hand if you know who I'm talking about.'

On Wednesday, the singer, 38, appeared on the Jennifer Hudson Show where she recalled being head over heels for 90s heartthrob Jonathan Taylor Thomas; seen in 1996

Duff was shocked to see that 'not even half' of the audience knew of Thomas.

She then promptly educated them and viewers at home on the 90s heartthrob, who is now 44 years old.

However, she was left speechless and appalled when half of the audience did not appear to recognize the actor

She was answering a fan question about her childhood crushes when she turned around to ask the audience to 'please raise your hand if you know who I'm talking about'

When 'less than half' of the audience responded, she educated the viewers about Thomas and then dropped the name another one of her childhood crushes 

Thomas rose to fame on Home Improvement in the hit 90s sitcom but later stepped away from the spotlight for higher education; seen right in August 2013 and left in the 1990s

Duff also said she had a crush on Zac Hanson, the youngest of the Hanson brothers band, when she was younger; (L-R) Taylor, Isaac and Zac Hanson seen in July 1998

His last role was as recurring guest star on another Allen-led sitcom, Last Man Standing, from 2013 to 2015, before seemingly putting Hollywood behind him for good.

Thomas studied history and philosophy at Harvard University before graduating from Columbia University in 2010; he also attended St. Andrews University in Scotland. 

As for Duff, she began her acting career at a young age and was known as a teen idol herself; seen in 2003

The film, television and pop icon made her musical comeback earlier this year and will soon be embarking on her first world tour in nearly two decades; seen on May 14

While keeping busy with her career, she is also a proud mother of four. She shares her three youngest with her husband Matthew Koma; seen in March 2023

Duff recently released her sixth studio album, luck... or something, which marks her first musical release in over a decade. 

In the coming months, she will be embarking on The Lucky Me World Tour, her first since 2008. 

Her filmography includes family comedies and teen romantic comedies like Cadet Kelly (2002), Cheaper By the Dozen (2003), Agent Cody Banks (2003) and A Cinderella Story (2004). 

In the past decade or so, she returned to television and starred in Younger (2015) as well as Hulu's How I Met Your Father (2022). 

While keeping busy with her illustrative career, she is also a proud mother of four. 

She married Koma, a musician, in December 2019. 

Together, they share daughters Banks, seven, Mae, five, and Townes, two. She is also mother to son Luca, 14, whom she shares with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.
