faced an awkward run-in with her ex Gabriel Aubry at their daughter Nahla's high school graduation on Thursday.

The 59-year-old actress, , and 49-year-old Canadian model split in April 2010 when their now-18-year-old child was just two.

They were locked in a years-long child support battle, resulting in Berry being ordered by LA Superior Court to pay Aubry $16,000 per month plus a lump sum of $115,000 in 2014.

In 2021 she succeeded in slashing the figure to $8,000 per month, but was made to pay him an additional 4.3 percent of any annual income she made over $1.95 million.

 revealed the Oscar winner managed to cap that amount at $4.5 million.

In addition to Nahla, she also shares son Maceo, 12, with ex-husband Oliver Martinez, 60.

Berry and Martinez married in 2013, separated in October 2015, and their divorce was finalized in August 2023.

The silver screen siren was ordered to pay Martinez $8,000 per month in child support for their son, as well as 4.3% of any income she receives above $2 million, per the LA Times.

'I felt like I'd had enough and just wanted to have my career and raise my children and I would be good,' she reflected during a February 2026 appearance on the podcast Sex with Emily.

'But I realized that the minute you get good and you stop chasing that thing – I realized chasing that thing is what always allowed me to make the wrong choices.

'When I gave up and I said I'm going to prioritize myself, my life, my well-being, my second act... that's when the perfect person showed up,' she explained.
