Gia Giudice Sparks Ozempic Rumors in Bikini!

's mini-me daughter Gia was seen in a colorful bikini in new images shared to Instagram on Monday.

The 25-year-old star appeared thinner than usual in her little bathing suit as she swam with a friend off the coast of Sicily in .

That caused fans to ask on and X if she has been taking Ozempic lately.

'Gia looks tiny! Hey girl, you on O?' wrote one fan while another chimed in, 'She looks like she has been getting the shot because she is a skinny gal.' Several followers noted her waistline was very small and she had 'awesome abs.'

The native has never hinted that she is on any drugs and has insisted that her slender frame is thanks to daily exercises that include cardio, resistance bands, Pilates and weighted lifting. 

She often visits Italy to see her father, , who was deported to his native country after he served time in prison for a fraud conviction in the US.

Gia was last seen on the competition show Special Forces: World's Toughest Test with her mother.

Teresa also has daughters Audriana, 16, Gabriella, 22, and Milania, 20, with ex-husband Joe Giudice.

Giudice graduated from Rutgers University in May 2023 with a degree in criminal justice.

Although Giudice has announced her intention to become a lawyer, she revealed in 2024 that she was pausing her law school pursuit while she pursues other opportunities.

After appearing on her mother's show Real Housewives Of New Jersey, she joined the Bravo series Next Gen NYC, which followed the children of several Real Housewives stars and their friends as they navigate careers, relationships, and independence in New York City.

In August 2025, Giudice joined the cast of Fox competition series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test alongside her mother Teresa.

Teresa quit the show during the second episode after being unable to .

Gia later jointly won the season with Shawn Johnson East, beating 16 other contestants.

Giudice has been dating Christian Carmichael since 2020.

She tied the knot with Ruelas in 2022 and upon their anniversary admitted that it has all been 'very easy for them.'

She told E! News: 'He's amazing. He's great. I guess when you're in love it's very easy. And you just got to respect each other and always stay in your love bubble.'

The sister of also noted that there have been a slew of false rumors put about about her husband - who had been previously married to Marisa Dimartino Ruelas - since they got together but is using her airtime on the upcoming season of the reality show to prove conclusively that they were all wrong.

She added: 'Since I've met Louie, there have been people that have been putting out false narratives out there and I prove it in black and white and you'll see that. We see who's been putting out lies out there.'

The loved-up pair started dating in July 2020 and bought their first house together just over a year later before getting engaged in October 2022 during a trip to Hydra Island in Greece.

Teresa and Joe had separated long before then after they pleaded guilty to financial fraud in 2014.

In December 2015, Teresa was released from federal prison after serving 11 months of a 15-month sentence for wire, mail and bankruptcy fraud.

Her then-spouse was sentenced to a 41-month prison term in March 2016 for the same crimes.
