Georgia Kousoulou Shows Off Abs After 3- Stone Loss

has revealed she's lost three stone since the birth of her daughter Gigi, as she showed off her toned abs in a new Instagram post on Sunday.

The former star, 34, who previously hit back at accusations she's used jabs, showed off her firm stomach in a video as she praised a staple beauty product for helping to reduce her stretch marks.

Georgia welcomed her daughter Gigi with husband in 2024 after undergoing , one year after tragically suffering a miscarriage.

The mother-of-two displayed her slimmed-down figure in a crop top as she shared a video on Instagram Stories where she praised Bio-Oil for helping to improve her stretch marks.

Showing the Bio-Oil to her followers, Georgia, who is also mother to son Brody, four, explained: 'I started using it on the boobs, the scars, then I started using it on my belly, and Tommy said to me the ''Oh my god your belly is so firm now!''

'Bearing in mind I had Brody, then I lost in between then I did IVF, my belly was stretched back and forth, then I had Gigi, then I lost three stone.

'I do train a lot, obviously I do Pilates, but I had so much stretch marks and it was just like loose.'

Turning to show her stomach to the camera, she added: 'I need to show you, I feel like the skin, it's like so much firmer...

'I obviously do have stretch marks, but the appearance of them is gone, and my skin is firmer. You don't just get that from Pilates!'

Georgia went on to add: 'Obviously my skin isn't perfect now, but I've got two beautiful babies, I've had two c-sections, I've got lots of stpries to tell but you've got to celebrate the wins when you have them.'

It comes after Georgia recently shut down speculation that she used weight-loss injections to achieve her slimmed-down figure.

Back in July, the star blasted the claims when she commented on her post and revealed exactly how she shed the many stone she has. 

'Oh the comments,' she said, complete with a laughing face emoji.

Georgia went on: 'People hate to see it because they can't imagine doing the hard work themselves.
