Faye Winter has waded into the Love Island All Stars bullying row after the show was hit with 200 Ofcom complaints.
Multiple rows have erupted in the villa between the girls, with host Maya Jama having to step in and fans even claiming the show became 'uncomfortable' to watch.
On Faye's series back in 2021, Love Island received a record breaking 25,000 complaints to the broadcast watchdog following her expletive-filled rant with ex Teddy Soares.
Faye, now 30, said she is 'proud' of the growth she has made since departing the villa and that instead of 'blaming the edit', she took full responsibly of her actions.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail, Faye offered her advice to the islanders at the centre of the rows.
She said: 'When I came out of the show, I realised that my actions weren't acceptable and I had to deal with that myself and I dealt with it myself.

'I'm really proud of myself for never, blaming the edit. I never blamed anyone else on the show, I took full accountability and responsibility.
'And in a way that, you know, it did kind of hinder me because everyone was like, "We've not seen this before in the public eye".
'A lot of people will pass it off, but I didn't want to because I wanted to use that moment in my life to really grow and to go through growth is hard.
'It is not easy to grow, it's easy to stay where you are. But whatever's happened, I hope both sides of it get the help, support that they need.
'Or if they don't feel like they need it, I hope they go on and live on, and have an amazing whatever they choose to do next.
'But I think when I was on the show, mine wasn't continuous, mine was one big blow up that had been building for a long time.'
Faye added: 'I don't want to add fuel to the fire because I haven't been watching it. I don't want to take away from it if there has been bullying because that wouldn't be fair for me to take away from that.'
During her stint on the show, Faye was at the centre of Love Island's most complained about moment ever - launching into an expletive-filled rant at Teddy after seeing a clip of him telling Clarisse Juliette he was 'sexually attracted' to her.
Despite the drama, Faye and Teddy reached the Love Island final and finished in third place, but ultimately split two years later in 2013
A whopping 24,763 viewers took to Ofcom to express their upset, with fans branding her 'horrendous', 'abusive', and 'gaslighting' and also calling on producers to remove her from the villa.
Despite apologising to Teddy and going on to date for 18 months, Faye previously told Paul C Brunson said that she still gets messages to this day from people attacking her over the incident and confessed feeling 'embarrassed' and like 'I let everyone down'.
Reflecting on the ordeal, Faye said at times she would struggle to get out of bed for 'days' before her beloved dog Bonnie 'saved her'.
Faye now lives in Devon and is in the midst of renovating her 'dream home' as well as looking after her farm. She is also an avid animal campaigner and activist.
She added: 'Bonnie saved my life and I'm not ashamed of that. I don't feel guilty because of that and saying it out loud. She saved my life. Before I got Bonnie, I was a shadow of my former self.
'I wouldn't leave my house, I wouldn't go out without somebody else, I didn't know who I was, I didn't know what I loved, I didn't know what my passions were, I really felt as though I'd lost every single sense of who I was.
'And I got her and it was honestly like, it was just like a cloud had been lifted. I picked her up and I just, I remember crying so much and being like, I know I'm going to look after you to the best of my ability.
'She was the reason I started going out for my walks every single day. She was the reason I could go in Tesco's and carry her in my arms and feel like, no one was looking at me, everyone was looking at her and how beautiful she was and I didn't feel like everybody was glaring at me.

'Not that anyone was in the first place but I had this paranoia that because I had been seen on TV in one light that everybody hated me and it was really difficult and she saved my life and she gave me the confidence.'
She added: 'There was times where I lied in my bed for days on end and didn't really worry about anything. She made me get up and she made me enjoy life again. And I'll forever be so grateful to her because yeah, she definitely saved this one.'

As a devoted dog mum to Bonnie, Faye is raising awareness of pet anxiety and why it shouldn't be misunderstood or overlooked.
Faye explained: 'I do everything I possibly can for animal welfare. I've really changed everything I do and surround my whole life around it, really.
'I want people to just understand that pet anxiety is a thing that affects so many animals and we just need to understand it more so we can understand our animals so we can give them a better life.
'Human rates are going up through the roof and sometimes we don't expect animals to do the same but they do and you know, we are seeing more and more animals in rehoming centres.
'If I can get one person to realise it's not bad behaviour, it's anxiety in your pets that you didn't even know existed, and it saves them having to go through rehoming centres, or we can make life more peaceful for them at home, then I've done my job.'
