And in photos taken by Daily Mail, the body language of the show's controversial brides and grooms said it all as they arrived to film the episode.

The cast were seen stepping out of cars and making their way into the soirée ahead of what insiders describe as a 'make-or-break' night for the experiment.

Bombshell bride Gia Fleur, 35, and her husband Scott McCristal, 33, appeared downcast as they arrived at the infamous Sydney MAFS warehouse.

Gia stunned in a strapless purple dress, while Scott looked dapper in a tailored suit, as they strolled hand-in-hand into the venue.

Bec Zacharia, 35, and her husband Danny Hewitt, 34, also arrived together before making their way inside.

Meanwhile, outspoken bride Brook Crompton and her on-screen husband Chris Nield arrived at the venue separately, an unsurprising move after Daily Mail confirmed that the pair went on to split and Brook is now pregnant and engaged to her ex-partner from before the show

Elsewhere, Stella Mickunaite and Filip Gregov and David Momoh and his wife Alissa Fay were seen arriving together, all looking excited and glammed-up for the big night ahead.

However, there was nothing for the cast to be excited about as tensions were already simmering before a single glass of wine was poured.

Around the dinner table ‘whispers began to circulate that Alissa had allegedly been travelling back to Adelaide during filming to reconnect with her ex.

The claims immediately put her on edge, with several brides questioning her commitment to the process, prompting her to storm out.

Meanwhile, Chris decided to air his grievances publicly, escalating things further.

In a moment that stunned the entire table, he accused one bride of sleeping with members of the Adelaide Football Club.

The room froze and gasps rippled through the group as the bride in question reacted with fury, vehemently denying the allegation while demanding to know who had been spreading rumours about her personal life.

'That was the moment everyone realised this dinner party wasn't coming back,' one insider said.

Just as the group tried to regain composure, Brook made a late - and dramatic - entrance.

'You think I was going to leave you here with these b***hes?' she asked as she walked in.

The statement landed like a grenade, before she zeroed in on Stella.

What followed was one of the most vicious verbal exchanges of the season.

Brook launched into Stella with little restraint, mocking her appearance and questioning her authenticity.

'If you're going to wear those boots, make sure they're real,' Brook sneered, leaving her visibly shaken.

Stella fired back, turning her attention to Gia and calling her a 'dog', instantly igniting another feud as voices rose across the table.

By this point, several arguments were unfolding at once, with producers struggling to keep track of who was fighting with whom.

As the insults flew, the long-brewing tension between Gia and Alissa finally exploded.

Sources say the two had clashed repeatedly off-camera, but this was the first time their feud had erupted so openly.

The argument quickly turned personal, with accusations, shouting and interruptions coming from all sides.

Surprisingly, Bec aligned herself firmly with Gia, the two brides presenting a united front despite their earlier fight, as the table descended into chaos.

'Gia and Bec were friendly and locked in from that point,' one insider revealed.

'After that night, they were a team.'

As tempers flared, Danny managed to push Brook too far, prompting her to snap, 'We were there and we heard it!' - a furious reference to his alleged claim he should have been matched with Gia instead of his wife Bec.

As the situation continued to escalate, Bec screamed across the table: 'Don't come for my husband!'

Another voice shot back: 'He said it. Hello! He's not into you!'

'Babe, I'm trying to tell you the truth,' came the response, as multiple couples became embroiled in the same argument.

Insiders say this was the moment the dinner party became completely unmanageable.

Bec did not mince words when reflecting on the night.

'It was Armageddon,' she told Daily Mail.

'That dinner party went for about two hours. It was that intense.'

She described vicious exchanges, relentless yelling and animosity spilling over with no resolution in sight.

Insiders have also confirmed that the dinner party was the moment the entire production shifted.

In the days that followed, EndemolShine implemented unprecedented measures, including weekly drug testing, tightened curfews and zero-tolerance behaviour policies. (The Mail does not suggest any of the cast took illicit drugs.)

An internal email reportedly expressed 'utter disappointment' in the participants, warning there would be no flexibility moving forward.
