The star, 55, who recently sold his Willoughby East home through McGrath, has slightly lowered the price guide on his Pokolbin weekender to between $1.5m and $1.6m.
Set within The Vintage golf course estate, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property – affectionately known as The Lake House – is being pitched as the ultimate lifestyle retreat in the heart of wine country.
Perched along the 15th fairway, the home takes in sweeping views over the greens and water, offering the kind of setting that is perfect for families and entertaining.
Inside, the home leans into relaxed entertaining, with open-plan living spaces designed to bring people together.

The property last changed hands for $1.520m in October 2023.
It comes as Aiken recently banked a major win on Sydney's North Shore, securing around $5.7m for his Willoughby home.
It was a sale that contributed to a combined property payday of more than $7m across both assets.
Buyer's agent Billy Gleeson, who snapped up the sandstone residence for his client, said the home drew strong interest.
'The buyers fell in love with the character and the history, there's no other house like it in Willoughby or the North Shore,' he told Realestate.com.au.
He added there had been 'fierce competition' for the five-bedroom property, with a 'handful' of buyers circling before it ultimately sold slightly above its revised $5.7m guide.
Like many listings in the current market, the home's initial price expectations had been adjusted, reflecting broader cooling conditions.
Aiken actively promoted the property himself, even filming 'open home' walk-through videos during the latest MAFS season.
