Diamond filed a paternity suit against Chris, 36, over their daughter Lovely Symphani Brown last month, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

In the filing, Diamond allegedly requested physical and legal custody of Lovely but did suggest Chris have visitation of their daughter.

The document says Lovely has been living with her mother at her home since she was born. A voluntary declaration Chris made acknowledging paternity of Lovely was also included as an exhibit.

Diamond also requested to be awarded legal fees in this case.

The paternity suit was filed on April 3 - just weeks before Chris confirmed the arrival of a son with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Brown for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In late April, Chris and Jada confirmed they had welcomed a baby boy - their first child together but his fourth overall.

'Leave me and mines alone,' she wrote in all caps as she tagged Brown and told him to focus on his responsibilities. 'Worry about your new baby on the way!'

reported on Monday.

The outlet first reported last week that a member of Chris' security staff was arrested after he fired a C02-style gun at a woman's vehicle.

The woman was allegedly asked to leave after she appeared near Chris' property. However, she allegedly refused, and an argument ensued at the front gate.

She then allegedly drove over the guard's foot after she got inside her car, and he fired the weapon.

The police were called and the guard was ultimately arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.

TMZ reports Brown was at home at the time but was not involved in the incident.

Chris previously denied the initial report of the shooting, stating on his Instagram Stories: 'AT THIS POINT THIS PATTERN IS OLD. I'm looking at the news like the rest of yall wondering when and where the hell this happened. I been in my crib this whole time. Ain't heard a gunshot, police car, or anything. DONT ATTACH MY NAME TO NONE OF THE BULLS**T. I got s**t to do!'

The Daily Mail has contacted his representatives for comment over the newest update.
