shared an update on her health after canceling her six-date residency, Dolly: Live in , at Caesars Palace's Colosseum.

The 80-year-old country legend admitted she's 'always had problems with my kidney stones' but for the past three years her immune system and digestive system 'got all out of whack' and now need to be 'rebuilt and strengthened.'

'The good news is I'm responding really well to meds and treatments and I'm improving every day,' Parton - who boasts 28.8 million social media followers - said Monday.

'Now, the bad news is, it's gonna take me a little while before I'm up to stage performance level because some of the meds and treatments make me a little bit "swimmy headed" as my grandma used to say.

'And of course, I can't be dizzy carrying around banjos, guitars and such on five-inch heels. And you know that I'm going to be wearing them!'

The national treasure - who's only a Tony Award away from EGOT status - admitted she still 'has some healing to do' but she has 'great doctors,' saying: 'I'm doing really well and they assure me that everything I have is treatable, so I'm going with that.'

Parton passionately thanked her fans for their messages of support following the 2025 passing of her husband Carl Dean, at age 82, from undisclosed causes following nearly 59 years of marriage

'I mean the holidays, and especially on our wedding anniversary, and the day of his death March 3, you know, that was hard for me,' the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award winner said. 'But I will always love him and I'll always miss him. But you would be surprised at how much your love and concern meant to me during that time'

'And my den looked like the post office with all the cards and letters. So, yes, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. You have been a big part of my healing.'

Last month, the Good American collaborator made a donation to East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, TN which was so massive that they renamed the entire facility, Dolly Parton Children's Hospital.
