Delta Goodrem buys $11M Sydney mansion with husband

The pop star, 41, and her musician partner, 39, purchased a mansion for $11 million on May 27 in the affluent eastern suburb of Rose Bay, reported Realestate.com.au.

With both French and Italian influences, the lavish four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on the harbourside at one of the location's most sought-after addresses.  

Sitting on a 626sqm block, the home features formal and informal living areas, as well as Paul Bangay-designed gardens and a heated pool.

Sources claim the happy couple managed to knock $2 million off the original $13 million asking price, with Luxe Listings star Simon Cohen as their buyer's agent.  

Delta purchased the home from Plato Investment Management's Dr David Allen, who snapped up the property in 2021 for $8.9 million. 

Simon, 41, secured the home on Delta's behalf, just eight days after she placed fourth at the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, held in Vienna.

Delta shared a first look at her lavish wedding with Vogue Australia in July 2025 in photos captured by Matt Porteous and Becky Lee Brun.

The singer and her husband said 'I do' at the historic St. Paul's Cathedral in Mdina before moving the celebrations to the gorgeous Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar.

'June 2025, Husband and Wife. It was more magical than we both could have dreamed,' Delta wrote in an emotional caption on Instagram.

'We said I do under the Maltese skies in a family fairytale wedding brought to life by so many angels surrounding us.

'We are holding on to every memory from that moment, the love, the laughter, the happy tears and dancing till the sun came up.'

Delta's first look was an off-the-shoulder wedding gown with a racy sweetheart neckline, .

The French tulle gown featured gorgeous lattice detailing and a two-and-a-half metre train. She finished her look with diamonds from ANTON Jewellery.
