Trustee Elissa D. Miller was given a clearance by the court to sell the rights to a $25 million lawsuit against Jayne in , according to legal docs reviewed by the Daily Mail.
The rights were sold to LHA Land LLC, who will pursue the Bravo star, 54, for recoupment of $25 million her ex-husband 's firm had on its books related to her expenses.
Jayne previously has denied allegations of wrongdoing, claiming .
Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Jayne for further comment on the story.
Trustee attorney Ronald Richards told the Daily Mail that he was 'satisfied' with the results of Thursday's court ruling.

Jayne, who parted ways with Girardi in 2020 after a 21-year marriage, spoke about the ongoing litigation in a reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills which aired Thursday
Girardi was ordered to pay $2.3 million to the people he defrauded and a $35,000 fine. Jayne has been named in the aforementioned $25 million litigation based off the expenses related to her work his firm apparently footed the bill for.
Girardi had made multiple appearances on the Bravo series during his marriage to Jayne.
Prior to his fall from grace - including a 2022 disbarment - Girardi had established himself as a high-profile injury attorney known to tangle with large corporations over major incidents.
A lawsuit against Pacific Gas and Electric utility resulted in a $333 million settlement, and was depicted on the silver screen in the 2000 Steven Soderbergh motion picture Erin Brockovich, which starred Julia Roberts in the title role.

Girardi said in his testimony of the film, 'That became an award-winning movie.'
