The premiere comes after the latest trailer for The Reunion: Laguna Beach dropped, giving fans a look at Cavallari and Conrad addressing their feud

'We have never had a conversation on camera, just the two of us,' Cavallari told her former co-star. 'Are you ready?'

That same month, Cavallari shared an Instagram photo as both she and Conrad posed together with big smiles on their faces.

In the caption she wrote: 'Everyone can put away their team Lauren and team Kristin shirts now.'

Back in 2022, both stars also briefly talked about their past drama on the Back To The Beach podcast.

'My take on it is, you and I never really had any beef,' Cavallari expressed.

'Obviously there was a little truth to what happened with the three of us, but I felt like MTV coming kept it alive and made it way worse than it ever would have been.'

Conrad added that while they did have a bit of drama before filming began, the pair had already made up when cameras started to roll.

'It was like the week before they started filming, we got into it and then made up. And it was fine. And they came… I don't think we were best friends, but we were fine,' the designer continued.

Cavallari later said, 'They really hammered the love triangle home,' which prompted Conrad to say, 'They really did. They didn't want me to have anything else.'

In a separate moment as the cast gathered together on a set, Cavallari recalled, 'They said, "Who do you think is gonna be prom queen?" And I said, "I don't know and I don't care, as long as it's not Lauren Conrad"'

'Obviously there was a little truth to what happened with the three of us, but I felt like MTV coming kept it alive and made it way worse than it ever would have been,' Cavallari said

While recently talking to Entertainment Weekly ahead of the reunion's release, Conrad admitted that she felt 'embarrassment' over her behavior as a teen on the show.

'I think, for a while, I had a lot of embarrassment about some of my behavior as an 18-year-old, things I would say or do.'

The media personality added, 'But I also think that that unfiltered thing we had was one of the reasons the show did really well. We weren't super self-aware.

'We hadn't really seen a show like this before, so we didn't know what was getting used or not used. I think that's what actually made it feel more authentic.'

Conrad continued, 'I think I'm finally at the place now where I can laugh at it and say I was 18. I've hopefully grown since then.'

Elsewhere in the trailer that dropped on Tuesday, Cavallari expressed, 'For all of us, it was hard to revisit for different reasons. It just feels like the right time now.'

The former cast was also seen shedding tears as they reflected on past events on the show, with Colletti adding, 'This is a serious full circle moment.'

The teaser concluded as the stars sat around a bonfire together on the sandy shore of a beach.

Colletti then asked, 'Did anybody think 20 years ago, when we last left the bonfire, that we were gonna come back and actually reunite here and have this moment?'
