The 33-year-old rapper - born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar - was ripped on social media over her bizarre gown which many compared to diseased intestines and even colons.
She donned her most shocking look yet as she rocked the outrageous look from the American designer which featured a lacy black overlay which resembled lingerie.
The shape of some of the elements of the wild look including around the shoulders and hemline along with the rapper's curvaceous figure made the entire look like an abstract form of the human body.
