Brooklyn Beckham and Cruz Peltz Share Supportive Moment

missed out on his family's trip to the World Cup semi-finals on Wednesday, instead enjoying a sushi dinner with his in-laws. 

In Atlanta, Brooklyn's estranged dad David was consoled by his youngest son Cruz as England crashed out of the World Cup with a crushing 2-1 defeat against Argentina.

Brooklyn meanwhile was in his adopted home city of , with his wife revealing they enjoyed some family time of their own.

In a photo shared by Nicola, Brooklyn gave his brother-in-law Zach Peltz a warm hug during the 'cutest rainy sushi dinner.'

Nicola also shared a beaming snap of herself as the couple spent time with her siblings and pals. 

2,000 miles across the country, Brooklyn's brother Cruz was praised for giving his devastated father a comforting hug at the heartbreaking conclusion of England's match.

The son of David and , 21, won praise from football fans as he hugged a heartbroken David after Argentina scored the winning goal in the closing moments of the game.  

Viewers watching from home caught the exchange, with one saying: 'Beckham near to tears and being consoled by Cruz was the sweetest thing I've ever seen'. 

England had been leading 1-0 when Anthony Gordon snuck the ball into the back of the net in the 55th minute.

But just when fans were thinking the job was almost done, Argentina staged a late comeback with both Enzo Fernández and  scoring goals just seven minutes apart.

David and Victoria watched the devastating semi-final with their children Romeo, 23, Harper, 15, Cruz and his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30. 

David has followed the Three Lions around the US in the hope they would finally take home the World Cup trophy, with his family joining him for the team's final two matches. 

The Beckham family also flew to Dallas on Tuesday to watch the tournament's first semi-final clash between Spain and France.

Brooklyn meanwhile has skipped out on the World Cup, and as the tournament kicked off he even released a cutting DoorDash commercial poking fun at his estrangement from his footballer father. 

Five months after declaring that he and his wife Nicola want privacy, Brooklyn was savaged by fans, who branded him 'classless' after he collaborated with the food delivery firm for the sponsored video.

It was reported that Brooklyn was paid a hefty figure for the ad, with a source saying: 'Anything that makes him money is good – it shows that his brand is there and flourishing.'

It's thought that he was paid 'at least $1million (£755,000)' for the campaign.

However, the Beckham clan were reportedly less impressed with the advert, with an insider telling Page Six: 'Brooklyn claims he wants peace and privacy and nothing to do with his family – now he's trying to cash in on it all.'

In the teaser clip for the advert released on June 15, Brooklyn smirks and says: 'You're probably wondering why I'm watching the Fifa World Cup 2026 from home... It's a long story.'
