Bianca Censori Goes Braless in Sheer Gown!

's wife stepped out in yet another eye-popping outfit that could pass for a costume on Thursday.

The former Yeezy architect went without a bra and underpants, exposing her bare buttocks by wearing a sheer black dress with fur stripes across the front. 

The 31-year-old brunette added a black fuzzy cat mask to complete her bizarre ensemble. 

Censori and her husband were spotted at the Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori, Autograph Collection in the country of Georgia. 

Located at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western , in the Caucasus region, Georgia is bordered by the Black Sea to the west, Russia to the north and northeast, Turkey and to the south, and to the southeast. 

West is in Tbilisi, Georgia, to perform a massive, sold-out stadium show at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena as part of the government-backed Starring Georgia concert series. 

He is currently on his 2026 World Tour supporting his 18-track studio album, BULLY.

'I was explaining this to somebody once, and he said, 'Well, your intention was lost.'

'It's okay that the intention was lost. It doesn't matter. I was able to express myself. That's all that mattered.'

In the wide-ranging interview, Bianca was also asked if she is antisemitic - she said 'no' while insisting 'the fact that antisemitism is mainstream is terrifying' - as she opened up about her husband's remarks against Jewish people.

He later asked for forgiveness and called for peace, having previously declared: 'After further reflection I've come to the realization that I'm not a Nazi.'

Asked if she ever spoke to Kanye about why he was so focused on Nazism and Jewish people, Bianca insisted despite trying to have that conversation, the answer Ye gave didn't make a lot of sense.

She explained: 'You have to think of other obsessions he's had.

'Because this would have been one that was perceived as damaging — obviously it was damaging. But hasn't he also had extreme obsessions before?'

Bianca noted she wasn't concerned with the public or a 'PR cleanup', as she instead focused on herself and her partner. And she also claimed Kanye recently 'met with a rabbi', and he's trying to make amends for his past comments.

She said: 'He met with a rabbi recently. You know, he has to go through his process in how he amends that, and I'm here to support and love and be with him.

'I love him so much. We're like the same person.'

Also in February, West paid for Censori to go to rehab because she needed to 'work' on herself.

The musician opened up about the couple's relationship in a candid interview with Vanity Fair magazine in which she revealed she spent time at a clinic in Spain because she was suffering from emotional problems and the publication reports she was 'self-medicating with benzodiazepines'.

In the chat, Bianca credits her musician husband with paying a 'ridiculous' price for her treatment. She said: 'I needed to work on myself.

'Because I had patterns of things that I would do that would not just hurt me but would hurt the people around me ...

'I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness. I would blame someone else if I wasn't feeling good.'

She declared rehab 'changed my life,' adding: 'How was I a completely different person? I was very emotionally dysregulated. And I can function now.'

Bianca went on to insist Kanye's decision to pay for her treatment was the best gift he could ever have bought for her. She explained: '[I told him] 'Anything that you have ever bought me does not equate to how important this was to me'.'

Kanye previously opened up about his own rehab stint at a clinic in Switzerland last year crediting Bianca with after his behavior spiraled out of control.

In a previously piece in Vanity Fair, Kanye explained: 'Toward the end of my four-month-long manic episode, my medication was changed. In that shift, the antipsychotic drug took me into a really deep depressive episode.

'My wife recognized that, and we sought out what's been an effective and stabilizing course correction in my regime from a rehab facility in Switzerland. You must understand bipolar is a disease. It's one of the most lethal nonterminal illnesses.'
