An attorney being sued in a multimillion dollar litigation brought by reality star says she has been stalling things out for years in the case, which her team denies.

New York City-based lawyer Jamie Schreck said in legal docs reviewed by TMZ that the Skinnygirl mogul, 55, has failed to provide his office with proper dates in which she can sit for a deposition since 2022.

Schreck said in legal docs that the former Real Housewives Of star has failed 'to prosecute or do anything on it for nearly four years,' having 'abandoned' it, essentially.

Frankel, who is mother to daughter Bryn, 15, has yet to reply to an offer made by Schreck's team in which the case would be settled for a total of $25,000, the lawyer said in court docs.

Representatives for Frankel told the outlet that they have been in talks with Schreck's office, and deny that she has abandoned the case.

Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

He noted that Frankel had been married to Hoppy at the time the trust had been drafted.

Schreck said that any complications linked to the divorce as result of the trust was due to the actions of third parties, such as Hoppy.

Frankel's lawyer told TMZ that her team has been 'actively engaging' with Schreck over the case.

Frankel in December said on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast that her drawn-out divorce 'was so traumatic' and monopolized her life for a decade, impacting her health.

'It was 10 years of my life,' she said. 'I lost hair. I thought I would never survive it. I didn't want to. I literally thought, "I'll never be happy again." The only reason I kept going was my daughter.'
