suffered a terrifying beauty blunder after testing out a strange new gadget meant to sculpt her face - only for it to leave her bleeding.

The former The Real Housewives of star rushed to Instagram on Thursday to share a shocking clip revealing how she accidentally sliced her face open with the glass tip of the tool.

Clutching a blood-soaked wipe to her jaw in a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, the shaken star gasped: ‘Oh my God, oh my God!’

In the frantic video, Frankel continued dabbing at the wound while explaining how the beauty experiment spiralled out of control - at one point holding up the culprit, a rubber ball-shaped device with a glass tip protruding from it.

‘These balls, they’re supposed to contour your face - I grind my teeth and my jaw is pronounced and it hurts, so it would give some relief and I saw red in there and I thought it was my skin,’ she blurted out.

‘They’re glass and I was slicing …,’ she continued, before begging fans for any suggestions on how to stop the blood.

The former The Real Housewives of New York City star rushed to Instagram on Thursday to share a shocking clip revealing how she accidentally sliced her face open with the glass tip of the tool

She went on: ‘This is so scary, I was going to go down my neck - I could have sliced my jugular, I’m freaking out!’

The rattled star later told followers she had managed to get hold of a first-aid product designed to quickly stop the bleeding and help the wound heal.

The star gave fans a close-up look at the injury

Clutching a blood-soaked wipe to her jaw in a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, the shaken star gasped: ‘Oh my God, oh my God!’

‘Just left the kidney doctor, he said that I actually have stage three A chronic kidney disease, which is right in the middle, not quite at medication point except that he said water is your medicine but he really, really emphasized that turmeric and moringa, he's seen a lot of issues with in people who have kidney issues,’ she told followers from her car.

She added: ‘He found a liver nodule on me and my sonogram so it's important to get these tests and stay with this stuff because you could find other things.’

Frankel first disclosed her kidney diagnosis back in January, explaining doctors believed it may be linked to a traumatic allergic reaction she once suffered.

‘And he said it could be a function of this traumatic experience I had years ago when I almost died from an allergy attack. It could have done damage to the kidney,’ she said, noting another possible cause could be an autoimmune disorder and adding that the condition may be tied to urinary issues.

The media personality also admitted she doesn’t drink enough water - something her doctor quickly addressed, telling her that ‘water is your medicine.’

Meanwhile, the outspoken entrepreneur recently sparked online debate after sharing - and then deleting - a video weighing in on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance.

In the clip, she warned fans she might ‘get cancelled for this’ before asking whether major entertainment platforms should be used to deliver political or cultural messages.

‘Should these entertainment vehicles - the Grammys, the Emmys, the Oscars, the Super Bowl - should this be the place for personal, cultural, political views to be expressed?’ Frankel asked.

She went on: ‘This is so scary, I was going to go down my neck - I could have sliced my jugular, I’m freaking out!’

She acknowledged there are moments when global events inevitably become part of the conversation - citing ‘COVID or tragedies, 9/11,’ - but repeatedly questioned: ‘Where is the line?’

Frankel also compared the debate to past controversies involving stars such as Dave Chappelle and Billie Eilish, while arguing that daytime hosts like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are largely expected to steer clear of political commentary.

‘Where is the line?’ she asked again, adding that their show keeps things strictly entertainment-focused.

Not long after posting the video, Frankel deleted it and returned with a second Instagram Reel offering a more supportive perspective on the performance.

‘So my take on Bad Bunny and his performance at the Super Bowl is that he is an artist expressing himself, his music and his experience as a Puerto Rican man in America,’ the Skinnygirl founder said.

She continued: ‘Bad Bunny is a Puerto Rican man in America on the largest stage in the world - which is very inspirational to people because that is him expressing his experience in his first language.’

Frankel wrapped up her revised take by invoking pop icon Madonna, adding: ‘Madonna said it best: Express yourself.’

Some fans speculated the quick deletion may have been prompted by backlash aimed at her former RHONY co-star Jill Zarin, who faced criticism over her own now-deleted rant about Bad Bunny’s halftime show.
