Married At First Sight bride Bec Zacharia has broken her silence on Wednesday's explosive dinner party, in which she .
The 35-year-old star exclusively told Daily Mail that she had a lot of regrets about her behaviour on the night, as it was detracting from what MAFS was meant to be.
'My biggest regret is that this is a show about love and relationships. But what has been shown, instead of beautiful relationships, is drama. And I have a part to play in that,' Bec said.
Bec added she had a lot of work to do in order to make things right with the people she had wronged.
'An apology is due to not only my castmates but also to the public watching. There was a group of us creating drama and taking away from the relationships,' she said.
'You watch MAFS to see these relationships unfold, we are taking it away from them. I feel guilty.'

Bec then revealed that she was taking steps to apologise to those she had hurt.
'I have apologised to Alissa and told her I said some pretty awful things about her... I have done every thing I possibly can to take accountability,' she said.
She explained why she had sent some nasty text messages about Alissa
'Those messages came from a place of ego and hurt, they were not acceptable,' Bec explained.

'It's disgraceful behaviour... for that, I am sincerely sorry.'
'Look at Stella and Filip! They are incredible people who stay true to themselves, they did not get wrapped up in the toxicity of it,' she said.
During Wednesday night's shock Dinner Party, the brides clashed violently over Gia's claim that Bec's husband, Danny, had told Gia she was 'his type'.
Bec added that she had a lot of work to do in order to make things right with Alissa Fay
And Bec left viewers with no doubt that her blood was still boiling over the relationship-rattling comment as she kicked off the night.

''I trust [Danny] implicitly,' Bec said before entering the dinner party and added menacingly: 'I don't want my husband dragged through the mud - her [Gia's] time will come.'
But Bec's attempt to repair her wounded relationship ended with the experiment's members appearing to turn against her.
By the end of the night, even former allies and her own husband, Danny Hewitt, distanced themselves from Bec's performance.
The experts were quick to focus on Bec, who appeared nervous and clearly unsettled over the Gia and Danny accusation.
Things exploded halfway through the dinner party as Bec accused Gia of meddling in Grayson and Jules' relationship.
She began: 'I've got something to say...it's actually for Gia. I know that you thought we were gonna be friends, but I'm pretty unhappy.'

Telling the group that Jules and Grayson were 'in a bad way', she added: 'I got told by Gia that Jules said that she wished she had been matched with a woman.'
After Gia, Jules, and Grayson denied the claim, Bec unleashed on her old pal.
