The couple were spotted leaving one luxury building where several units are for sale, as reported by Realtor.com.
They were bundled up in winter wear to protect them from the chilly temperatures, which hovered in the mid-30-degree range.
Aniston, who recently , wore a black coat with her hair tucked into a gray scarf which she paired with on-trend baggy jeans and boots. A pair of tinted glasses sat perched on her nose.
Her partner was clad in a gray coat, black shirt and khakis, along with comfortable shoes for walking.
As she stood outside the building, animal lover Aniston - smiled at a man and his dog, not a totally unsual thing for her to do as she loves dogs.
