The Britain's Got Talent judge took to Instagram on Wednesday to give an insight into her luxury trip. She stayed at the Banyan Tree hotel, where prices cost around £1,389 per night.
Amanda showcased her age-defying figure in an array of Melissa Odabash bikinis.
The television personality appeared to be having the time of her life as she modelled an orange two-piece and a mint green bikini while lounging by the pool with a drink in hand.
Amanda, who jetted to the UAE with her husband Chris Hughes, captioned the post: 'I recently spent a few days celebrating my birthday with family and friends in the beautiful @banyantreedxb... it’s an incredible hotel in the #bluewatersdubai area of Dubai.

'Beautiful resort beach and pools were stunning...(And there was no building work going on! ) The hotel itself is super chic and the spa is to die for. Had the most unbelievable room and we were looked after so well. All my bikinis are @melissaodabash!'

On keeping in shape, Amanda previously revealed she runs three to four miles a week in addition to Kundalini yoga practice and a 'Viking workout regime'.
Despite her somewhat intense-sounding exercise plan, she reiterates that she doesn't do it because she 'feels like she has to,' and explained the importance of balance.
She told the TV Times: 'I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter.'
Amanda joked that it's 'all downhill from your 20s' but added that, like Cher, you can 'turn back time' with proper nutrition and exercise.
'I'm from a generation of women who won't [fade into the background] - we'll flaunt our bits for as long as we can. I am certainly going to - even when they're drooping down to the floor, I'll scoop them up again,' she laughed.

Last year, Amanda explained that despite sharing glamorous bikini shots on Instagram over the summer, she had been indulging in a daily drink with co-star Alan Carr, 49, during filming of their show Amanda and Alan's Greek Job in Corfu.

It comes after Amanda took to Instagram to reveal she had been treated to a birthday breakfast from her husband Chris Hughes
The couple have been married since 2008 after meeting in 2003 and are parents to daughters Lexi, 20, and Hollie, 14 (Amanda and Chris pictured last year)
She told the Daily Mail: 'I did gymnastics for years, it was what I wanted to do more than anything, I didn't finish it until I was 15, so I think my body has always retained some sort of a figure.
'I don't find it easy. I hate it when you read about women who have got into their hot pants two weeks after giving birth, it's not what people want to hear.

'I haven't been on my Peloton since July 18 when I went to Corfu and I have drunk every day. In the summer, that's what I do, I let it all go and then I get it back in time for Britain's Got Talent, and everything else in the lead up to Christmas.
'I will get back on the Peloton, drink at the weekends, but I don't stop myself from living. If you can't tone it, tan it, that's what I say.'
