Loren Brovarnik is not loving life after her ‘mommy makeover’ – claiming it’s made her sex life with husband Alexei Brovarnik worse rather than spicing things up.
The 36-year-old underwent plastic surgery in September 2023 – having liposuction, a tummy tuck and fat transfer after giving birth to her third child in 2022.
‘This surgery is the first step to reclaiming Loren again,’ Loren shared on Sunday’s episode 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
The mom-of-three says she and Alex have always had a ‘very healthy’ sex life but that things in the bedroom had actually cooled down significantly due to a combination of the surgery as well as negative energy and constant bickering between the pair.
‘Before marriage, before kids, I was more independent. I loved that version of myself,’ she admitted.

She continued: ‘But Alex likes that version of Loren at home, taking care of the house and the kids. So I don’t know if he wants the old Loren back.’
‘We’ve always been a united front and lately we have not been on the same page and we really need to get back to that,’ Loren admitted to a friend while she was trying on dresses for a date night.
Loren, who shares sons Shai, four, Asher, two, and daughter Ariel, 21 months, with Alexei, said she felt strongly about getting the surgery – even though friends and family said she didn’t need it.
‘When I decided to get the surgery, I thought for sure that it would help with my body dysmorphia and my confidence and change that,’ she admitted.
The mom added: ‘But those issues aren’t gone yet. I’m still physically and mentally not quite there.’
She admitted that while Alexei supported her decision, he was later overwhelmed with not only taking care of her but also their three young children while she was recovering.
Loren, who had previously said she felt as though her husband resented her for doing the surgery, was almost fully healed on Sunday’s episode and broached the idea with Alexei of going back to work.
‘I really lost myself in the postpartum depression and everything,’ she told him. ‘I want to further my career for our family. I don’t want to just be mom and a wife.’

Alexei responded, ‘You’re a mom, first of all, you need to take care of the kids, take care of the house and and me, as far as I need.’
According to Alexei, he and Loren agreed she would be a stay-at-home mom when they had kids.
Loren argued she had changed her mind and wanted to be working mom – telling her husband it is plausible to do both.
‘It’s possible – and I’m going to show you,’ she told him.
In April, Loren spoke about her recovery period, admitting it was only supposed to last six weeks but that her healing process took a little longer after contracting an infection.

‘I can’t just sit there and look at a pile of laundry or dishes,’ she admitted at the time. ‘I just can’t, so I kind of backtracked a bit, but you’ll see all about it.’
While on the mend, her husband took ‘care of more things at home.’
‘I would be lying if I said that the body dysmorphia is gone. It’s not something that goes away overnight,’ she reflected on the surgery.
‘And now that I’ve done the surgery, I want to be the best version of myself, so I’m harder on myself.
‘I want to work out and feel good and look good, but I don’t have any regrets. I’m just day by day.’
